I gotta tell you, that this video helped me a lot to "survive" the pandemic. When it all started, i become really depressed, that i can't train judo anymore. I have had my usual powertraining almost every day, but specific judo excercises are not so easy to train without partner and the normal dojo training was shut down. Then i made a longer search on the internet and i think, that this is the best uchi-komi band video ever. So since the start of the pandemic i have trained this part for the throws and some other bjj solo-drills and stuff on the ground. That gave me the feeling, that i can train judo / bjj even alone and improve myself even in such a situation. Thank you very much for this, Travis, i really like, how you explain all of the little details, how we should work with the band and how we shouldn't.

I try to implement over 300 reps on the 3rd ochis. As a full body workout , cardio and muscle build. My sensei, wants me at 1000 per workout. Old school judo chuck norris type!!! Blood and sweat! Judo power!! Thanks travis!!

Thanks for this. Your videos on KZread and from Judo/bjj fanatics have been helpful during the quarantine. Getting home mats for my daughter's birthday in July (she does HS wrestling and judo)(The mats are actually for me). These videos have been a good source for us and when we get mats she will be able to throw me more.
