6:46 you could have played Ng5 giving a pretty strong chance to win their queen by setting up Qf7 checkmate threat. Their best option would probably have been to castle, but it still would have left a double attack on f7 they would have had to defend against.

You could have won early when you had white. After you moved your Queen out you should have moved the Knight to g5 and then the Queen to f7 for mate.

I've seen this line before and I'm pretty sure 6..., Bxf2+ should've been played there. I've also been wrong before, though... many times in fact

@@ytTwistedvines you are not looking at the position, you are looking at the eval bar, white is winning coz you are going to capture the bishop and that horse has no escape, if you capture the pawn you are pinning your own queen and now you are losing, not every move has to be a check

I don't get what you mean by "afraid" of the move. The move straight-up stops your plan.

You couldn't castle after you changed sides king had been checked. Unless the rules have changed not played for along time.

You can castle if the king is no longer in check. You can't caste only if you have moved your king, a piece IS checking you or if there is someone attacking the square between your king and rook

If you take the queen he takes the rook with a pawn and gets a new queen, in the end, they lose a bishop or a rook, they chose the bishop

Thank you for a great stream, it was fun, but when you switched sides, I stopped voting. On Chess sites some players suggest draw after misclick or blunder, it is a bad habit. Make a move and accept the consequenses. Losing is part of the game, and cheap wins or draws mean nothing.
