I love minions. Last League, I started with SRS Guardian but somehow i ended up with x2 golem, x3 spectres and that wolf pack ring. This build seems like a natural next step for me. An actual minion build, done correctly

With bitterdream use phantasm´+raise spectre´+minion damage. Use only crushclaw spectres.

I can recommend doing blighted maps with a summoner, you can beat them very easily without relying on towers because your minions will easily overwhelm the mobs in every lane and they quickly kill blight bosses. Basically summoners excel at staying in one spot and defending an area so mechanics like blight or ritual are suitable for them.

Praying to Vaal Gods so GGG dont sneak a day 1 patch to nerf the leech mechanic.

Thanks for the video! What do u mean when you say the lower end version uses permanent skeletons ? 2:50 U mean that for dps calculation purpose it consider us to always be casting summon skeletons or there is a way to make them not have a duration ?

what league mecanic you suppose to play with minion builds? Half of these are based on fast clear or good targeting on something minion builds arent very good at a starting point taking into consideration that they are not very tanky too it excludes even more league mecanics . So what minion people run on their atlas for currency mamking / viability of content i am relly curious cause 3 times that i tested minions my atlas strategy was trash

Playing this on console and there just aren't enough buttons. I'd really rather not swap aura's bindings / etc every time i die to put back on an active skill. What active skills would you prioritize the lowest given the 12 button limit on console?

There has been an update to the low budget where we removed phase run and steelskin and then added shield charge for mobility instead. One less button. Desecrate you almost never have to cast (only on bosses) since everything that dies in a map becomes a corpse for you to trigger offering on.

Is there still a way to get Flickershades?

Quick question: when we are talking about budgets this includes trading AND "wasting" currency on items don't it? I ask this because I hate trading but have no problem using currency on items and don't entirely get if I should be only using the low budget version or coping what I can from every PoB's

it's not accurate as it's never is because prices depend on many things point in league metas your crafting and so on. Generally speaking, it's a general conversion between the two. If you learn how to craft your stuff unless it's really ineffective you will always get on top and spend way less with the slight potential to earn even more if you sell that depending on what you aim to do with that build. Btw it's only wasting if you don't know what you are doing what you buy from others is often the undesirable outcomes they regain some of the lost currency with. Needless to say if they sell those they usually made even better stuff for themselves. Trading is necessary to some degree regardless to get mats even when crafting. If you're not sure usually streamer pobs have an unrealistic expectation so what they call week 1 might be your weeks 2 and 3 so begin from the low budget

What types of content does this build excel at (or any other minion build for that matter)? I'm accustomed to playing builds that are effective in Legion encounters and are adept at fast mapping. Since this build isn't optimal for this style of farming, I'm somewhat uncertain about other methods of generating currency with it. 😅😅

You just spam guard skill on cd on bosses for 90% all res most of the time? Wont you get dumpstered if you get hit the 4 secs after?

Option 1, Have it on right click and hold down mouse 1 + 2 when playing. Option 2, Have it on any button you prefer and use it when you want to. Option 3, finish hungry loop gems in low budget and then replace feeding frenzy with automation gem. (you will need to remove the gem in medium budget) Option 4, change triad to 3g1b (you loose about 10% of your dmg) then fit in automation. Not supported/allowed by GGG, but what other options do we have when they make this dumb change to remove m1 skill activation... Option 5, numlock trick Option 6, macro

I was just debating this and absolution... but I keep missing my D2 necro days...

Trying this one this league and it is good but Harbringers or Delirium crashes my POE all the time. especially when i hit Vaal Sceles. Just wonder if my PC is so bad or what. I'm playing from Laptop but it is pretty good one.

Missed a golden opportunity to cut the video after the "catch you in the next one".

I just have a quick question, where do the 11 skeletons come from ? Since in the boots there is already the specters linked with phantasm, culling and bonechill, but in the config group, the skeletons are socketed in the boots thus adding a whooping 771k total dps but it should not be possible since there is already the specter in that specific socket, i'm kinda confused right now if someone can clarify it to me it would be great ! ( Sorry for the eventual errors in my writing, it's not my first language )

He explained in the video that it is the config group for phantasm. The skeleton gem is just there to be able to represent the phantasm dmg. You can look right below where it says "11 skeletons x dmg" it will say "summoned phantasm physical projectile"

Alberon's Warpath boots but they make summoning them annoying as they simply do not survive in the end game making the idea of having permanent skeletons completely wasted :/

Look at it as a 4 white socket triad grip glove....as an ascendancy+ wither stack...I prefer using cold for the QoL to chill which lowers action speed and freeze. We need the mistress of sacrifice to block cap without taking glancing blows keystone. New unholy might can also be allocated as a mastery passive but you lose the wither and its 25% of the kill. You can absolutely use unholy might but i wouldn't give up bone barrier. It really depends how you want to rock it.

I'm pretty sure this is better on the Guardian in everyway. I have my own basic version of this which is very similar, and I get 10M more DPS from using Radiant and Unwavering Crusade vs the new Necromancer ascendancy changes, with the exact same build. I'm not having survivability issues without the extra leech provided by the bone barrier changes either so I don't think it's worth it.

Poison SRS. Zoomancer doesn't feel very good clearing maps until you finish medium budget and have Animate Guardian running. I'd stay away from Zoomancer.

I plan Zoomancer into BAMA

I started with this build, the acts passed more or less, I stopped before the kitava on act 10 to create more chaos in thefts, I changed into a budget gear and so far everything is working poorly for me, a very poor description of the build progression for beginners in the summoner class, I played before on the poisonous SRS in which I rerolled from the detonation of the dead and there were no such problems, there is no description of the various budget options, why they removed one and took another, it’s not very clear to me as for a beginner, that’s why I don’t recommend this build for beginners.
