  • @theyogainstituteofficial

    @theyogainstituteofficial

    Жыл бұрын

    The best time to take sunlight is generally considered to be in the early morning or late afternoon, when the sun is not at its peak intensity. This is because the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays are most intense from 10am to 4pm, which can increase the risk of skin damage and skin cancer. As for how much sunlight you should take, the amount of sunlight you need depends on various factors such as the time of day, your skin type, and where you live. Generally, it is recommended to get 15-20 minutes of sun exposure on your face, arms, and hands, two to three times a week, without wearing sunscreen. This should be sufficient to produce the recommended daily amount of vitamin D, which is important for bone health.

    Hello mam, I have been testes with deficiency of vitamin d - it's 8.20 in my body. Recently i am suffering from bed rest only. Whenever I use to go somewhere or sitting and have to take an action like standing or going to washroom, my heart starts racing or i can say i start panicking. Is this due to vitamin d deficiency? My weight is 44 and i am 24 years old. Kindly help!

    Yes, this is because of vitamin d deficiency. Some people feel shortness of breath, muscle pain, heart palpitations, anxiety, upper back pain.
