Very useful. I walk for 30 minutes for sure, other than the 1km up and down each daily as part of office commute. Is the number of steps, say 6000 or 10,000 significant? I never count steps.

Namaste, Consider walking either in the morning after your night shift ends or in the evening before your night shift begins to fit it into your schedule.

So I try to do min 5k steps after dinner and that takes about 45-1 hour. Is that good or should I stick to 30 minutes like you mentioned in the video. Pls suggest, thanks!
