    Very useful. I walk for 30 minutes for sure, other than the 1km up and down each daily as part of office commute. Is the number of steps, say 6000 or 10,000 significant? I never count steps.

    Hello ma'am, my daughter was prescribed 4 tablets ashwagandha and 2 tablets medhya per day for general weakness and insomnia. I felt the dosage is high, is it ok? What is your opinion?

    So I try to do min 5k steps after dinner and that takes about 45-1 hour. Is that good or should I stick to 30 minutes like you mentioned in the video. Pls suggest, thanks!
