Sir, I have tried your so many recipes and very happy to say I liked them all. Today I prepared sambar in your style for idli and really it was super and yummy. I liked the idea of adding dhaniya and khara powders along with regular sambar powder. I don't understand the language completely, still I think this is what your mother used to prepare. Hi Deena, Was waiting for your Vlog. Tiffin sambar must be definitely very aromatic and tasty. Somewhere during the middle of the vlog the decibel of the audio dipped low and thereafter became alright. Pl take care of these minor issues as I value and follow each and every word of your recipe.
