As someone who is highly sensitive, I get easily affected with everything around me. If someone's sad, I'd get sad. If someone's mad, I'd get affected as well. I always try to consider that these situations will make me recognize my true emotions and try to control them. Thank you for this.

When things were at their very worst: 2 Suns, Cross in the sky, 2 comets will collide = don`t be afraid - repent, accept Lord`s Hand of Mercy. The first sign - the Earth will spin faster. The second sign concerns the sun, which will loom larger, brighter and begin to spin. Scientists will say it was a global illusion. Beaware - Jesus will never walk in flesh again. After WW3 - rise of the “ man of peace“ from the East = Antichrist - the most powerful, popular, charismatic and influential leader of all time. Many miracles will be attributed to him. He will imitate Jesus in every conceivable way. Don`t trust „pope“ Francis = the False Prophet - will seem to rise from the dead - will unite all Christian Churches and all Religions as one. One World Religion = the seat of the Antichrist. Benedict XVI is the last true pope - will be accused of a crime of which he is totally innocent. - banking collapse was deliberately masterminded by the Antichrist - Antichrist will step in and create a false peace in the state of Israel by joining them with palestine in an unlikely alliance. - „He will recite extracts from My Teachings, which he will passionately proclaim from every secular stage in the world, until people sit up and take notice of him.“ mdmlastprophet.com/when-i-come-as-the-king-of-mercy-not-one-soul-will-be-left-in-any-doubt-as-to-who-i-am-and-what-i-am/ mdmlastprophet.com/arab-uprising-will-spark-global-unrest-italy-will-trigger-fall-out/ The Book of Truth

You are greater than your emotions, and you need not repress them to realize this. *To become objective* with your own internal states, you must operate from a position where you can observe them and where you are not dominated by them. This will allow you to become present to yourself and will give you *true compassion* and understanding. Then you will not be a tyrant with yourself, and tyranny in your life will come to an end. Yesterday I went for a walk with a friend and her young daughter. I thought I knew where I was going, but I went the wrong way and we ended up a little bit lost. I was FURIOUS with myself for being such an idiot because I failed to follow simple instructions. However, instead of getting REALLY angry and kicking every tree in sight, (I did get a bit cross and grumpy) I enjoyed the walk we did end up doing. It was a lovely spring like day, (I’m in England) it was a very pretty village and there were flowers and plants for sale on the grass verge. So I saw, and enjoyed the positive outcome of my mistake. Not bad for an old grump like me. 😃👍🌺

I feel like I am stuck in a loop, I want to do better and happier, but I see things such as my laziness or inability to talk to people as a road block, then I start feeling like I'll never do anything and I should just give up or turn to solutions that only cause more problems, but when I look to find the real solution again I'm quickly overwhelmed and the cycle just starts over. So I usually just spend most of my days (everyday I can besides church on Sundays and school) locked up in my room. I don't think it's depression because I still do find happiness in things like talking to my friends but it's just temporary. I feel like no one understands and no one is really able to listen

I used to think I really got my emotions in check but wait till someone I really love or care about move funny or do something that hurts me real deep. I'll be in another dimension of "lost". I'd be so angry I'd start to ask a whole lot of questions and maybe say things like "I never want to see you again". I lose my temper, I'd cry so bad... In all, I badly wished all I could do was silently walk away or hang up or just breath slowly and allow myself to feel it.
