I usually never comment but I just had to tell you you’re videos have been SO helpful. Literally nobody can explain exercises the way you do. By following you I’m able to workout properly and REALLY feel my muscles working. I’ve been so much more confident in the gym after finding your channel. I’m still far off from my goals but you’re my new role model fr so tysm krissy

I personally don’t think your titles have ever been overly “click bait” -like! You’ve never had a title saying “how to lose stubborn belly fat with these 3 exercises” or “how to get abs in 6 weeks” you’ve ALWAYS provided real and useful information. You explained what you meant by “getting a snatched waist” without any misinformation and it was a really educational video. A little bit of click bait with the right info never hurt anybody☺️

I’m 47 and back at the gym. It’s my sixth week. I used to be a runner and I would work out all the time. Also, I’m in recovery and when I started using drugs/alcohol again working out wasn’t my focus. I quit drugs over five years ago and quit drinking April 6, 2020. In the last two years I was so tired all the time and I feel amazing now.

I have never seen a video that goes SO indepth with form and exactly how to engage and work the muscles. Thank you so much. I had no idea I was doing some of these a little wrong.
I clicked this judging by the title this would be a gimmick but you actually gave legitimate information, starting with the X-frame. This will help lots of people. I don't find it particularly triggering because you did this right. There's nothing new under the sun, stick with what's tried and true. 💪🏾🥳 From a fellow trainer

I’m so happy I found your videos!! I’ve just started my workout journey (at 59) and I’m afraid of hurting myself. Watching your form and instructions will definitely make a difference with my workouts. A HUGE THANK YOU!

I’m a brand new gym goer and this is the first video of yours I’ve watched. Thank you for taking the time to thoroughly explain the movements. I realized I’ve been activating the wrong muscles because my form isn’t correct. I really appreciate your teaching style. 😊
This is THE MOST HELPFUL video I have ever watched! You really explained it sooo well that it didn’t came overwhelming but rather encouraging. This will help me get the right form and target the right muscles. Thank you so so much!!! 💪🏼
I love that you don’t use click bait and are just explaining how it really is. I want to do the exactly right moves to get in the shape I want to and what is right for my body! So thank you 🙏
This is literally THE VIDEO I was after today! I was going to the gym, feeling flat and unmotivated because I didn't know enough about why I was doing up upper body day routine I currently have. I wanted a snatched waist back day video and you CAME THROUGH girl!!! Thank you
You're fantastic. No nonsense, straight forward, great examples and helping us to understand what parts of the body we are engaging and WHY. Thank you!
Your video popped up in a “you might like this” portion of my YT feed. And I did like it. I watched it while I was doing my morning workout and switched my regular back workout to follow along with you. Holy cow! Bent over dumbbell rows have never made my back feel like this before. Thank you for this video! Can’t wait to see more of your content and continue to improve my workout routine. ❤️
This is the first video of yours I've watched and im in awe, everything wa so clearly explained with such detail and care it was a fantastic learning experience. I've been going to the gym for nearly 2 years but only consistently for the past 6 months excluding when it was shut down. I've always had concerns about my form and it has always been a priority for me over weight. I'm so happy I found your channel as I really think I'm going to enjoy watching more of your videos because of how well you explain the exercises. I never really understood how to do proper lat pulldowns until watchign this video and I truly can't wail to hit the gym today to do it properly.
Very educational! I'm guilty of training lower body and never upper body but I'm trying to incorporate back into my fitness routine and this video is just what I needed. I love how you took the time to explain everything!
YES. Finally. A real educational workout video. It's so hard to find workout videos that explain things as well as you did. So tired of videos that say what workouts are most effective for this or that but don't explain why or what it's supposed to feel like. You talked about how the smallest things we can do like the way we lean or position of hand grips and how that can change what muscles are being targeted and that's all I'm ever looking for to make sure what I'm doing is correct.
I’m so grateful for your videos ! I’ve finally had the confidence to approach the weights section and I’m starting to see the changes now !
Dear Krissy, thank you for coming into my life. Throughout my fitness journey, I’ve struggled with staying consistent and in so many ways, you’ve helped with that. I just recently started your strong program and I love it. The workouts are fun and the meal plan is so yummy. These tips are very helpful to me especially with my pull day workout coming up. I’m usually worried about my form during lifting and with these videos, I can now lift properly. Click bait or not, I’ll watch all your videos anyway. Please keep ‘em coming especially that grip video you mentioned. 🤎💪🏽
I find your videos helpful not because I am intimidated by people because I don’t care what people think but I’m two months back into the gym from having seven years of not working out and I’m just re-learning everything so your videos help because you’re amazing at explaining form so I’m always watching your videos to make sure that my form is on point
All of these subtle positioning tips are SO FREAKING helpful!! Thank you Krissy!! You have made me understand Row positioning and lat pull down positioning SO MUCH better!
I watched this a week or so ago and have since used the “circle” trick when doing lat pull downs….it has helped so much!!!! Even doing most of my other lat exercises, it still works!
I have been struggeling to feel the lat pulldown in my back, and mostly in my arms. Will definely try this next time!
Can we please stop and give Krissy Cela a round of applause. That’s what we needed to hear…after watching this video we WILL walk into the gym and know Exactly what We are doing and why. Thank u. This is all I’m looking for. ..”THE” moves for my dream body!! Thank u we have extra time in this life so anything that gets me closer to my goal in the shortest amount of time becomes part of my body bible!!
Thank you so much! I am finally seeing results! The minor changes to emphasize the muscle group is game changing. I am very much a visual learner so showing the difference between what not to do verses what I should do was my missing link! Heart felt thank you Krissy!
You always give the best explanations and since I’ve been watching your videos, my form has improved and I’ve seen better results. I’ve really slowed down my exercises and focused on form. Thank you for all your time giving us these tips
Hey krissy! I struggle with my confidence in the gym and these videos help so much!! I would love a video explaining breathing during exercising! 💕
I would love a video on different grips and what they target!!
I love your honesty, knowledge, and voice!! Your so humble and that builds confidence in you and us.
I absolutely love everything about the way you make your videos. Very informative, helpful and easy to understand. I can’t wait to try these workouts with the proper form!
EXCELLENT!!! these detailed explanations are everything!! no fluff... this content and use of time is so valuable!😍👌🏽💯
This video has been a game changer! I made the tiny modifications on my positioning for these exercises and actually felt the muscles I was targeting for the first time it seems. I can't believe I've been doing it wrong all this time. I'm new to the gym and fitness this year so all of your videos are so helpful to gain the forms I'm clueless of. Thank you so much Krissy!
So helpful in lat pull down! Thank you! I’m 52 just starting my lifting journey and your videos are very educational.

Excellent video! I have always tried to figure out the one arm row and you did a great job of explaining how its done. Thank you!
I never really knew the correct form for the single row til now, tried it out and definitely felt it more in my lats. Thank you Krissy for the helpful tips and amazing challenging exercises 💕
I started working out again and let me tell you! I’ve only lost 3 pounds but I fit my jeans, my core is learning to be engaged, and I am now confident going to the gym. Thank you girl your videos girl!!!!🥺😍❤️
Omg. Lately I’ve been feeling like my lat pull down wasn’t hitting my lats like I needed them to and this video just showed me what I’m doing wrong. Thank you!
You are such a big help Krissy. I’ve been much aware of my form now when doing different routines. Thank you sooo much and more power to you!
Your videos are SO helpful! I've been going to the gym for about 4 years, but I always felt intimidated hence I sticked to a few exercises and my development wasn't really spectacular. In the last couple of weeks, I've been going through quite big and important changes mentally and I'm starting to feel (more) comfortable (just starting) in the gym. After 4 (!!) years. So these, detailed, well-explained videos are VERY VERY helpful! Thank you!
BACK is my favourite to train.... Even on leg days... The whole time I'm saying to my self... No alix its leg day.. Don't train back and I aoways sneak one back exercise in 😂🙈 I can't help my self 😂😂 love this krissy very informative as always x x
This is so helpful for me who has so much anxiety about the proper form in the gym and being intimidated! So much confidence for tomorrow mornings work out
I have been in/out of the gym since I was 14. I'll be 50 next month and recently re-joined the gym family and have been seeing amazing changes already. Your videos have helped me so much "re-learn" and learn even more while I nail down my perfect workouts. Thank you so much! New subscriber ❤
So glad I watched this as it’s my second day back at the gym and yesterday I felt so intimidated/stupid/lost when I walked in! As always, I found a little corner with my mat and weights doing the same exercises I used to do rather than using equipment and taking up space! Heading back today and it’s a waist snatch day thanks to you! Thank you for the motivation! ❤️❤️
I was and still am the shy girl in the gym. You are the one person who encouraged me to touch the weights! otherwise I guess I would never ever have done anything more than cardio. I am yet to touch the barrel, but I will be there as you 'the great educator' are with me. Thank you for so detail out videos. Thank you for keeping me motivated so beautifully. Thank you for being there.
You're giving me so much more confidence going to the gym. I'm often intimidated by the experienced crew of ladies and often skip out on workouts bc their in that area. I know my form may not be right so I just avoid it all together and change my whole routine on the fly. You're soooo detailed with your instructions. I've also downloaded your app which I'm so excited about bc I feel more confident with you by my side in the gym. Keep it up I really appreciate you and your content. Thank you very much Krissy!!!
I love that fact that you explain in detail every exercise and the right way to do it. Thank you for sharing this information.
I just started going to the gym and your videos have been very helpful, they definitely keep me motivated. Thank youuu!!!
Loving these tips for positioning and how to intensify the movement to really feel your muscles contracting!! 💪🙌
i watched so many videos about streight training as a begginer, and i think you have the best explanation of the techniques, thank you!
You’re honestly amazing and I’m super grateful to have come across your channel. I can tell that you’re passionate about fitness, education and really helping people. These breakdowns and details are super helpful. Don’t let anyone pressure you to make microwave content. ❤
The tip given for the pulldown is gold. Went to the gym yesterday after watching this and it truly works. Form is everything.
Do the click bait titles. That’s how you get more views and grow. Everyone needs to learn from you! Ur tips are great and you explain everything in detail. I support the titles 100%
You are exactly what I was looking for for instruction. I love how detailed you are. Thanks so much!
You are so informative and explain everything so that I can truly understand! I’m 51 and love your videos and the inspiration you give!
I love clickbait like this lol! Honestly it helped me realize a “snatched waist” is not just about loads of core and abs work and to not forget the back!!
This was amazing! I have such a hard time really feeling it on back day and now I know why! Super stoked for my next pull day! Not sure if these 5 Must Do type videos will continue but I'd love to see one for chest exercises! Could use some tips for bench press :)
You have such a great way of explaining proper form and WHY it matters. You are never condescending and always positive. The fact that you asked if click bait titles triggers people is so kind. Keep on with your amazing message of positivity.
Heading back to the gym after months of binging and sitting. Your video is the most helpful I’ve seen. Thank you x
I appreciate your content so much, it's such a massive piece of my progress. I have you in my head whenever I get discouraged with where I'm at with my fitness.
KRISSYYYYYYYYYY!!! i would really appreciate and love it if you do a video on the difference between underhand and overhand grip in barbell roww!!!
66 year old lady here who just started going to a gym in February. My son is my 'coach' and is very helpful with explaining how to do things correctly. I am happy to see that what he's telling me is stuff you are telling me :) It's so hard to watch others do things incorrectly - how do you go tell a gal that throwing her body into an almost 'flat on her back on the bench' is NOT the right way to do a Lat Pull? I've slowly been tightening up my body, and the most intense changes have been to my back - I am floored by how strong this makes me feel. 3 inches lost from top to bottom, and almost 20 pounds. I am taking the 'slow and steady' approach, protecting my artificial knee and other injured body parts. Subscribed and will check out all your videos as time allows
I’ve been watching/doing lat pull downs forever. This is the first time I’ve understood it. Thank you!!!
I actually love these Bc it breaks the stereotype n tells u the truth: it’s an illusion u can create, no matter your weight, which should be less important, so bravo Krissy for making this Vid w exactly this title. Do you, boo. Also I need to do rows Bc I have a weak left shoulder and it’s really hard to get the movement right without feeling pain so I really appreciate any tips to stop injurin myself omg

Yes!! Because of learning this technique/trick to "snatch waist" I realized the weight on scale don't matter!
I absolutely loved this video!! I have only just gotten out of the mindset that lifting is bad and makes you ''bulky or big'' and I have been having so much fun learning about this area of fitness. Please do make a grip video as I get very confused with them as well. Keep up the great work ⭐️
So happy to have found your channel! I really appreciate your straightforward demeanor and very DETAILED instructions!! As a newbie to the gym it can be so intimidating and your slow detailed approach makes me feel A LOT more confident. Thank you!!
I am so, so ecstatic that I found your channel! I’ve fallen in love with weight lifting, but felt stuck and your videos have me so excited to get to the gym. Thank you!
Hello I think the title doesn’t really have to be a click bait just keep doing what you are doing keep it simple and straight to the point just like you always do. You are an amazing trainer and all of your videos are very legitimate and informative very helpful Keep up the great work we love your content
Last week I noticed that my biceps were taking over during the lat pull down, so for tomorrow I'm gonna focus on retracting my back & pulling with my elbows. I find this exercise so difficult, but I hope I get my form right tomorrow :)
You are such a genuine person🥺 so glad I found your channel!
You are so real☀️ The way you are explaning every movement is sooo useful and clarifying I havent seen anyone else putting so much effort in that specific thing which is the most important in my opinion❤
EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!! I just recently found tumor videos annnnnd thank you for walking me through my workouts!
Wow I’ve been doing lat pull downs for years and they’ve always been one of my favorite but I never even knew to leave my thumbs out! Incredibly helpful video, thank you! :)
SUCH a good workout tutorial. Quick and to the point but not missing key points important for a proper workout. Thank you!
So much learned in just the first two moves that I can take into my workout tomorrow! Small tweaks can make all the difference and I appreciate Krissy’s emphasis on these. Also, her care around how things are titled - I respect her thoughtfulness here. Part of me wants to say use some clip bait titles so people get truly helpful, quality content vs “feel good” info that’s not effective. But trust your gut, it’s gotten you this far with amazing content & a loyal following who appreciate all that you share!
Do you know how daunting it is to go to the gym when you don't know what you are doing? Thank you so much for this video! I will seriously follow all your advice!
Wow this is my introduction to your channel and this is an AMAZING help to me. Thank you so much for being so crystal clear with these demonstrations, I had no idea I was doing these exercises so inefficiently 😫 I had to subscribe!!
So detailed and clear about every workout and the reasoning for the workout ! So glad I came across this page.
You’re awesome for explaining the form in detail the way you do…I’m very uncoordinated and a beginner so this is very helpful, thank you! ❤
I couldn’t count how many times I contracted my shoulders back watching this video 😅 also it is quite to the point that you put this up before our pull day on T&S 😬 amazing info, as always! 🧡
I’m so glad I found your channel by random today! I have been looking for a fitness channel that I can really learn and follow. Your explanations are so clear and helpful! Even though I haven’t really tried out them on my training days yet, just by mimicking the motion I can already feel the difference. Thank you so much for information of high quality. Please keep it up!
Your explanation is so clear and coaching so professional, I love it! Love having a lady coach, thank you❤
I might be late to finding you and your channel but I am so grateful I did! Your depth and insight into each movement of the exercises are so so helpful 🤞🏼🤗
Would love to see a video on different grip variations, please :)
So many tips, thank you !!
I DID THE ENTIREEEW WORKOUT TODAY AND I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS GOOODDDD MY FAV INSTRUCTOR FROM NOWWWW
This is the number one reason I had subscribed to the channel and got the app. The explanation is perfectly clear and so very helpful! ❤❤❤
Oh yes please do a different grip Video. Should love to see that 💪💪
Krissy, I have been weight training for nearly 40 years. In my younger day I was in Venice Beach ( with Arnold) when there were very few women. I raise this to buttress my opinion that of all the “instructors“ and people giving advice these days - I find your videos to be the most correct, well presented and in tune with correct kinesiology / bio mechanics. Excellent for beginners, and even those of us who need a reminder now and then. I have never been injured in training and if people follow your advice they will receive all the positive effects and avoid injury. Great job! Wish you continued good luck and good health.
I just stop going to the gym for 2 weeks because of health reasons, but I cannot wait to go back and try the methods you mentioned! You keep me motivated! Thank you!
I am so pleased I found your channel. You are an inspiration to people like myself who have not gone to the gym for a few years.I thank you so much.
