Ive been consistently working out for a year now and had to take a break last week and was only able to work out one day. so the most useful thing I got from this video was a reminder that it’s okay to have to take a break and get back to it even if was a little set back! 💜
I’m just starting on my workout journey at 40 years old, no knowledge, very intimidated to go to the gym, but so glad I found your channel! You are really giving me inspiration and confidence 😊

Been following you for just over a year now and I’m learning so much. Thank you! Your wealth of knowledge is incredible and your approach to sharing it is so easy to digest. It seems that most of your videos are geared to your female audience, however I’ve found them very helpful and useful with getting my glutes and core stronger to support and stabilize my lower back and lessen my SI Joint issues. I do a variation of your leg day, twice a week (sometimes thrice), and I have really seen and felt a big difference. Thank you so much for all that you do.
I’m so scared of deadlifts but I really wanna get into it eventually, her back always looks so stable when preforming the move 👏

I had the same problem with RDL. Start with a light weight (maybe just the barbell?)and just focus on your form . It might help *-*

I am scared of deadlifts also because I have bulging discs in my lumbar area and sciatica runs down my left leg due to this with unilateral hip impingement on that side it's all on my left side and I haven't performed a deadlift in years I want to Sully try but I'm scared of the pain and I don't want to hurt myself

@@brittanysuppes hi, this is obviously not medical advice. I have a bulging disc and was prone to occasional sciatic pain. I did start dead lifting. Started very carefully and only increased the weight slowly. My back has never felt stronger. I have kept this routine up for a few years now.

Finally!!!! I love how useful these kind of KZread video Krissy made for the world. I watch these series so so many times. I take notes while watching. Try it at the gym. Messed up. Then search more and watch few more time. Try at home with the posture at home to feel the muscles and check more and watch few more times. As time pass by…. 1 year later I still learn something new at these time of video. So in depth. So fun and informative to watch! Krissy is an beautiful angel ❤ I love the Envolve you app so much and always something new to encourage me move my body.

I love all the little gym tips aside from the workout themselves! For example sitting on another plate if the bench is too high for hip thrusts, or even how you rolled the plates onto a smaller one to help you load another heavy plate. Those kind of things make it much less intimidating to someone who is newer to lifting weights!
Love your videos! Have helped me a lot. Can’t get the hang of the hip thrust with my neck up. Finally just decided flat on the floor was best for me. #63yearsyoung

Is the best workout
I’m currently on week 7 of the Strong Lower Body Programme, loving it (Completed the Strong Programme last year). I finally got to 100KG for Sumo deadlift 🎉 I recommend the app to all my friends! X

Not me eating taco bell while watching Krissy 😂 I cannot miss a video. I just downloaded the app again and started the strong program from beginner. I haven't been to the gym or exercising much in over a year. So I need to take it easy for a month. Will definitely have to give this a try when I'm a bit more comfortable in the gym using machines again. You're looking saucy ❤

Omg I didn’t go to gym for 2 months 😮 I’m still beneficial from the body I built with the app. Of course I’m not as perfect low body fat like the athletes from OA. I do feel all the effort I made still keep my body strong. My quads lose a little bit but my energy level is totally different compared to when I wasn’t exercise at all! I’m so grateful for KZread and Krissy!
