    It’s changing mine too. Not even a week into making this a daily practice and I’m already starting to feel like a different person. My physiology and mind. Things that would wind me up before and cause me to be cranky, don’t have so much of a hold. My body language is becoming naturally more open as I’m more relaxed, and I even feel a shift in the way strangers respond to me as a result. As someone who has had chronic generalised anxiety since at least a teen ( I’m 35 currently) , this is a miracle!The anxieties have not all gone , but I know they will if I go into this deeper and keep a consistent practice. My sympathetic nervous system had become my default , but today despite external factors, it’s remained mainly in parasympathetic, and I didn’t do any this morning before work, only around 3 times yesterday including before bed. Have just completed one now (11pm before bed ) and I’ll be sure to do a few sessions tomorrow. This is magic ! 🙏💪💯 so grateful , Sandy !

    Working with the vagus nerve is not only essential for anxiety, but also for stress and tension in general. This reset exercise is great because you can incorporate it anywhere. The video should be in every emergency kit for mental challenges. 👍🌍🩷🌈🪽🩵🪽🌈🩷🌍👍

    Amazing. I just had a hard time with the last breath hold/retention. I felt like I was going to pass initially from inhale straight into the retention so I folded and breathed out. Is this normal? Just wanted to know what happened as fainting is not a common occurrence for me.

    Normal? According to who? Who sets the standard for normal and who on this planet fits that standard of normal? Furthermore who actually wants to be "normal"? Best to learn the uniqueness of every person is what makes you special soon bro or it's going to be a rough going for you sorry to say, but I say it not to judge, but to help.

    @@stefan8214 All very well except that you have to have a set of standards to start with - albeit very minimal, otherwise thing might soon go topsy-turvy. Interesting though how you readily draw your conclusions about other people just from one sentence - one which I am sure Sandy himself will admit he has purposefully slowed down the speed of this video for some good reason.
