@Joshua 1:9 Not really Punjabis are genetically huge and you can tell that he's a natty if you have a basic knowledge about working out and he has a good amount of fat too..... that's why he looks huge and bulky

I also noticed his Biceps are pump not muscular! I don't see perfect Cutting on his biceps But you also can see his fourarms also small compare to Biceps.

this is completely wrong. only dynamic stretching is need to done before the workout. and only after the workout we need to do the static stretching

if the lower body is not working then automatically the upper body is the best part to work out with. I would recommend to workout like bodyweight exercise with the help of somebody who works out. And you will find a lot of exercises online for those who are handicapped. add weights later when the one is working out is expert in lifting his body weight first.
