And where do you wanna go? I believe you in you guys. I’d never thought I’d get in shape… or even fix my habits but tuning in with people like Aaron goes a long way, trust me we’ve all been there where we have so much adrenaline and motivation but it’s just a short burst that just dies out after a week or so.
