Age won't be a problem as far as losing weight. I started eating this way at age 69 and lost 50 pounds. Lost 15, then 6 and 5 pound every month. When my ideal weight was reached the weight loss just automatically quit. I feel like I did in my twenties and the only pills I take are B12 and vit D. All labs are excellent. Wish I had started this 50 years ago because life would have been so much more fun.

I just want to thank you sooooo much Kristina for this video because this morning I wasn’t going to make my daughter’s vegan lunch. We are low budget and just don’t have a lot of fresh veg in the fridge at the end of the month but we watched this vid!!! And we played the music to your intro over and over while we scavenged the kitchen. We had enough to make a carrot/pear/green apple salad with peanutbutter on the side for her lunch. Lol just thank you for inspiring our kids!!! & me!!!!! Xoxo

Love your videos! You've inspired me to eat raw vegan up here in Ohio. Just bought my 1st juicer at Bed Bath and Beyond (Breville juice fountain plus) for 150 bucks. Getting a masticating juicer once my overtime picks up at work. My fridge is rediculous, over flowing with fruits and vegetables. I'm not on any meds and never had any health issues at age 46. Just want to stay healthy and happy with food and exercise. To many people I know, have died way to young. It has to be the food and pharmaceuticals they ate. So I'm going vegan now! Your amazing!

I love both fruits and veggies but I always regret it when I eat them in large amounts. And eating some vegetables raw is really out of the question.

I know this an old video of yours, but I’m just binge watching while food prepping. One thing that I noticed you didn’t bring up was the fact that veggie noodles don’t give you that food coma and bloat feeling like regular pasta. I don’t know if that applies to everyone, but I know it’s easier on my belly.

It is a legitimate question as it requires a level of engagement and attention to detail with your food intake that is not viable for most people (which by the way is why the diet cannot and should not be recommended to the unqualified general public).

Hello Kristina there is any other thing to replace the pine nuts, here in Panamá is expensive and comes in a small box plastic, i see that pine nits give consistency to the dressing you make..

@@anabernat hi Ana! I live in Panama too. I love tahini, but you could also use sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I actually buy the sunflower seeds that they sell in the pet food isle. You need to take them out of their shell but they work great!

Beyond Conventional because numbnuts, NOTHING has 'more nutrients' when destroyed, I mean, cooked. Enzymes are VERY heat sensitive, and I know you don't know much buuut... Enzymes are the literal energy aka the nutrients, in all foods, Kill the enzymes= nutrients destroyed as well.

You should've said to her, "God bless you mom", and leave her to think about, what she had done to you; apples are not poison! She should've had the common sense to know, that you meant well. Throwing away food is NOT good; many people are starving in the world! We all must respect food, because it's so important! She could've simply said that she wouldn't eat the oatmeal, and let you have it! God bless you dear with health and happiness; do enjoy the beginning of the Year, 2019.
