I was diagnosed with lupus at age 21 and since then my life has changed completely from being in the beach 24/7 to now avoiding the sun and wearing sunblock religiously due to lupus flares. My symptoms have diminished a lot when I started corporatizing raw vegan meals . I feel like I’m able to enjoy life now without pain ❤

My aunt went to a dry fasting retreat in Russia and she cured her lupus. She said she was one of many patients with a variety of illnesses from cancer, lyme, diabetes, fertility, and diabetes. They all were cured of their ailments. She read a book on dry fasting called Starving to heal in Siberia by Michelle B. Slater.

That’s all great but she must come from a rich family to be able to do those things so freely. There was no way I could have pursued my passions working 3 jobs as a waitress and hostess while in college. Or just get up and go travel to Bali and Hawaii. But good for her, I just wish she would also address the financial means involved. Not everyone can just go to Hawaii and buy a farm and grow fruits

I love Kristina ! Discovering her channel was the first step into becoming a raw vegan and healing 16+ symptoms and illnesses I had including a tumor in my liver ! I feel more amazing than ever in my life thanks to her ❤

As someone who watched Kristina grow up online, she was my inspiration to go Vegan for a few years. We are the same age and I still remember watching some of her very first videos on here. If you see this Kristina just know you’re loved and appreciated for all of the work you’ve done for us 💐🌳

Shout out to John Rose the man who changed the course of her life and possibly saved it.

Absolutely beautiful!! I love Kristina because she has been who she is from the start. It isn't about self publicity for her. She has always had health and loving others at the forefront. A lot of KZread influencers have come and gone. What Kristina has in her heart and mind is bigger than what others were doing. Kristina is the real deal!

I’ve watched Kristina for years. Her passion and dedication towards healthy living is admirable.

You are so inspiring Kristina. I started on a completely raw lifestyle back on January 14th this year. I’m strictly on fruits at the moment and I’m loving it. I truly believe in my spirit it is the best way forward. Health is wealth as they say. I also got myself a nama juicer and it’s everything. I have looked at tons and tons of your videos. I would love to at some point get an Excalibur dehydrator and a Vitamix as you recommend. I would also love to one day meet you. You’re incredible. This was a very sweet video! So cool to hear more about her meeting john rose and her co-op. Kristina is such an inspiration! Juicing and living foods also saved my life as well! I healed some serious conditions. I think my next juicer will be a Nama! Ive heard so many friends rave about them and they look great!

I remember your journey and the coop closure and how devastated you were. I remember the horrible experience when you were detained in the Bali airport and the dog. Great video. Kristina is an inspiration and I'm so happy for her! She has endured much and through it all has gained so much wisdom. I've been following her on social media for years. Seeing her continue her passion and turning her property in Hawaii into a beautiful orchard surrounded with fruits and vegetables is absolutely stunning and amazing! I met Kristina in 2010 after contacting her when I was in Houston to meet up at her co-op. The produce purchased there reminded me of my early childhood, so clean, delicious and fresh. I was dealing with some health issues upon return of almost 6 months overseas and within a couple of weeks eating co-op organic produce, health turned around big time. Saw her years later as a featured speaker in Dallas at a huge Vegan outdoor event. She remembered me and she was so kind. My dog Drago fell in love with her immediately. He picked up on her good vibes and she picked him up and hugged him. Drago is typically pretty guarded so it was very memorable. I'm 65, vegetarian since I met Kristina and though now completely plant based since I turned 65 in April. I'm not a raw vegan though still truly inspired by Kristina's self discipline, transformation and perserverance. Such a kind and beautiful human being.
