    You should buy a Hydrofix Hydrogen machine. My father no longer has arthritis in his hands. He had it for 35 years and now it’s completely symptom-free. I had arthritis symptoms in my toe and x-ray showed major bursitis spurs. Hydrogen is taking the pain away. Good luck. Oh by the way the Hydrofix is the number one machine in Japan. It is in medical clinics in Japan and no other brand Sold in America. The Hydrofix is the standard. Just giving you the heads up so you don’t have to spend too much time researching

    I have a question on the bench press. I have watched your videos on the bench and I do it exactly like in the videos. My question is I see a lot of guys with their feet on the bench or in the air. I asked why they did that and I was told by them you use just your chest for the lift as aposed to help from your legs. Is there any truth to this or is it all bs? Just wanted to know always trying to learn something new.

  • @borisesquilotromp89

    @borisesquilotromp89

    6 жыл бұрын

    It first of all depends on your goal... If you want to powerlift you have to put your feet down in competition so I would suggest to always keep them down. Unless its as an accessory lift. And if your goal is bodybuilding then you could do it more often but I would still recommend to keep them down just for the stability. especially if you are a beginner. As for the argument that it will use your chest more that could be true but you probably won't ever notice a difference. Hope this helps If you have anymore questions plz ask.

  • @frustrateduser666

    @frustrateduser666

    It is not complete bullshit, but I would suggest that you continue to keep your feet down and tensed, just for the stability. If you think you can't feel the bench press hitting your chest, you could do dumbbell bench press as an accessory exercise, or even better, dumbbell flyes.

    I think the only advantage it has over other products is that you can train rotational neck movements much better with this. Not worth the extra $ in my opinion. I recommend the neck flex, Iron Mind neck harness or just good ole neck planking on swiss balls etc. That's if you don't like wrestler bridges or using weight plates on your forehead.

    if you're into bodybuilding this isn't for you..you'll gain size with typical load increasing neck exercises. if you train combat sports this piece of equipment is a godsend! don't think jim wendler puts on gloves to go a few rounds....i'd rather take overeems advice and try one.

    If you work for $20/hr maybe. If you're time is worth more than that....it makes logical sense to just work a couple extra hours at your job and buy one. I bought the cheap Iron Neck, and then designed, and 3d-printed a modification to turn it into the "Pro" version. If you count the hours I spent designing and printing and testing each prototype until it worked perfect, and multiply by how much my time is worth at my job $150/hr...well I spent many thousands of dollars making a "pro" Iron Neck. All depends on how you look at it.

    Check out our product Neck Strong at www.neckstrong.com that is being used by a lot of teenage and high school athletes especially girl athletes who play contact sports such as soccer, lacrosse, volleyball etc. Our product is much simpler, easy to use, and portable. The other huge advantage Neck Strong has over other products is that it is used lying down so there is no stress or strain on rest of your spine. If you are interested, i would love to send you a few samples for you to try. Thanks

    Without Killing your Budget.. Yet Sells for $500+. hahaha. It's a joke of a machine and is WAY overpriced. :D. Literally has $40 of mold-injected plastic with bearings and straps. That is literally close toa 1,500% markup. Good luck with that .. Anyone that wants one, I'll make one out of nice fancy wood and materials USA-made for $300. JS. Hand-made as well. With free warranty and fixing within 3 years of use. Takes me about 3 days to make one fully.
