What I love about this meal prep is that it uses a lot of the same prep ingredients but the meals are different each day so it doesn't get boring, nice job!!!

I feel like each meal required it own set of ingredients that most people would have to go out of their way to buy. Snap pea...crisp...?

I loveeeeee your video and have saved a lot in my faves...but tzatziki with coconut yoghurt????NO girl!!!!!!It's sacrilege!
Along the lines of who needs store bought dressings when you can make your own, you should do a video specifically on sauces! For people without all the different ingredients and spices it'd be super helpful to maybe take 5-10 semi-basic ingredients and show how to make a variety of different sauces and such from just those! 😄

I see lots of people are upset about it not being traditional bento. So if you are looking for more traditional, japanese bento, I recommend searching "obento". You will find various videos that show traditional style bento.
When she started seasoning the vegetables I just. God bless. Most of y’all health gurus be out here tryna make us eat raw eggplant. The only eggplant I’ll be putting in my mouth raw is the one attached to my man.

You are very helpful with your ideas, I follow your recipes, they are necessary for my cooking. A month ago the blood tests showed that my daughter Julia,17,developed an allergy to gluten and dairy food, me the same. At first I worried how to cook the meals, but I found your channel and it turned out that this new diet is very healthy,and we feel really fit, no pain in muscles,headaches,etc. My daughter takes to school the dame lunches like you do. I like to make my bento boxes more authentic by chopping the vegetables with my katana. Believe me when I say it adds to the taste.

"it's just easier to get pre chopped broccoli slaw from the grocery store, that way you don't have to sit and chop up everything, just like meal prep hack" Later "Why buy sauce when you can make your own?" Not to hate but that moment got me like: "then why don't you chop broccoli slaw on your own, chop one vegetables is not that hard right? :/"

I was horrified by the coconut :P (half-greek here) When changing such well known recipes it really is better to say tzatziki-inspired or smth.

Same for me. It gets annoying seeing all these people promote these products and ingredients as healthy that you can't actually get everywhere, especially not in my town you can't, plus it gets even more annoying when they promote silk products as healthy. What a laugh. I'm better off drinking cow milk (even with all vegans claiming they put hormones and shit into the cow which makes the milk bad for us humans) than drink those lies called plant/nut-based milks that contain only a minuscule amount of the advertised key ingredient (eg 2% almond), then mostly contain tons of chemicals just to try and make the milk palatable for consumers. Cows milk is far more natural than these nut and plant milks that are overtly processed and lie about the extent of how natural or healthy it is.

Other than the yellow cauliflower what cant you buy? I grew up in the middle of nowhere and we still sold tofu and and rice wraps. And rice wraps are on Amazon. There fun to use. But just replace the stuff you cant find with something else

ChaoticDoll Exactly, cows milk is honestly better than “nut milk” it’s definitely healthier. Sure they might boil the milk and add hormones, but I’d rather have that than that vegan “milk”

these are of course, very creative and very healthy, but maybe you could do a video with a specific budget? many people can't afford these types of ingredients so it would be nice if you could make something lower cost. and it doesn't have to be extremely healthy, either, but on that track would be great.

Mera's Life I think they'd work great if you eat three meals and one or two snacks in a day. You can always make larger amounts in a bigger box too.

I guess it's just depends on people. It would be enough for me. But if it's not for you, maybe you can just make bigger portions, add more more proteins or bring more snacks!
