Just a tip, but it's way easier to blend bananas if they're cut up, so I always cut them into slices and freeze them on a baking sheet with parchment and once they're frozen then I put them in a bag, that way they don't stick together. And you can eat them as a snack!

She’s just showing y’all the process and tips, so YOU can do it yourself. Everyone has different tastebuds if you want to add more seasoning do so! what's funny about your comment is that this video is actually mostly plant based beside the chicken...clearly that's sending a message that a fully plant based diet is the most healthy, that's why all the videos you're finding are vegan lol

Marie I love veggies but I also like me some chicken. I don't think eating meat is unhealthy. I think it's all the chemicals in it that makes it so bad for us. People have been eating meat since the beginning of time.

Roksolana Vasilevskiy Just for your connivence research vegan substitutions if you’re not super familiar with vegan substitutions and use the charts in reverse! When you see something like tofu being used. Sub out whatever meat you want. If you don’t like non dairy milk use dairy milk etc. that’s what I did until I was more comfortable with not using meat as often. It makes video hunting much easier. You can use them all this way!

I don't know you personally, but the fact that you took the time to watch this video and a host of others related to "adulthood" tells me a lot about your character.... @@sakinabivins9415 hey haha yep it’s a year later I ended my freshman year of college with a 4.0 GPA and got on the principals honor roll list, I met some amazing people through zoom in our club meetings, i’ve made connections with some of my professors and they offered some research internships for me, I got EMT certified so I am now certified to save people’s lives LOL, I am also pharmacy technician certified so I know 200 medications and a little bit more thanks to my pharmacist in charge of me, and I can handle medical insurance issues, I live with my parents because my college is close to home and also because it’s online/virtual but I grocery shop for my mom and I run errands for her if I wasn’t working 40 hours a week I would help cook as well :)) it’s been a year full of growth but also sadness for me cuz of my family situation that I am not going to share on the internet. BUT I AM THRIVING ACADEMICALLY AND EVER SINCE TURNING 19 YEARS OLD, IVE BEEN LEARNING MORE EVERYDAY :) and thanks for the reply haha

This is the first video of yours that I've seen. I'm very impressed with how professional it is. It's very inspiring to see how you fix your food for the week. I'm wondering, though, how much of the vitamins are lost when you prepare your fruits and veggies ahead of time. I guess you'll get more vitamins than letting the produce rot, forgotten, in the back of the fridge!

So just drizzling olive oil over the veggies is enough? You don't have to put the in. Bowl and get them oiled up?

Freezer meals! I work night shift and sometimes it's impossible to get to a grocery store in time to get more fresh produce... or any food in general. I'd like to know that I have an emergency meal in the freezer on standby that doesn't rely on refined carbohydrates

Cella Raee Yes! It’s made by Bolthouse Farms in the refrigerated salad dressing section in most produce sections. I love it because it’s low calorie & the fat is good fat 👍🏼

I just attempted cashew milk in a cheap non-Vitamix blender ; it was mostly creamy but there was still a fair amount of gritty residue (I did soak the cashews for about a day). I don't have a mesh strainer or a cheesecloth. Oh well.

This was great, been searching for "best and fastest diet plan" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Reyvery Monrayden Release - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my colleague got excellent results with it.
