    1. Check your weight only once in a week that too in empty stomach.... 2. Don't stick to the same diet and the same workout. Keep on changing the diet and workout. 3. Track your calories. 4. Don't cut down the carb completely.Have a balanced diet with all the macro nutrients. 5. Add micro nutrients(minerals and vitamins) too in your food... Else you will end up with the knee pain..
