Same doubt?
Past 5 years I was suffer from this problem I try this exercise with in 10 days I got good result. At starting time my 5 fingers get in very freely now only 2 fingers. Thank you so much RD fitness bro.

Same issue
Second delivery aagi 1.5 years aaguthu...twins normal delivery...nenga sonna mathiri hip pain iruku so check panne gap iruku...so three days ah than workout panren....tigh sema pain ah iruku apd than irukama illa nan ethavathu wrong ah panrena..pls clear the doubt Anna...
