    @@manjuparkavi4537 Hi, I have lost 2kgs weight. Tummy is reduced. I can see the difference. Like sister Shanthi shared in her other videos..Result=main exercise+exercise for a particular part+diet. I couldn't exercise daily. Whenever I get time I do. If I do daily, will be better.

    It's really works lot🔥..Iam mom of 3 yr old..i took 3 weeks challenge done each exercise 10 counts without fail twice a day I lost major visible change in my big belly..tight feel inch loss too..mommies can definitely try this simple excercise..thank you mam❤ for this wonderful video....

    Am 30yrs old. Been 4yrs post delivery I dint know about this till I saw ur video. I checked my tummy muscle like u did. I can feel its open and my both fingers get inside. Can I also do this exercise to fix the muscle??

    Hi mam I have done c sec 3 yrs back and I started exercises for core strength exercises after 5 months from the delivery. my body reduced weight and maintaining preoperly but my belly still look like 4 months . I don't know why .. many told don't do core exercises because of c sec. So I stopped doing now . After came to see your video I got a clear picture now. Thanks for sharing this kind of videos to us. And I tested how you shown in the video. My stomach center is not closed now only I came to about this . If I try to do these simple exercises will it close mam? Please tell me .. actually am a dancer. Trying to reduce my belly.

    If you have dr problem start doing these simple exercises, solve the problem then do some core strengthening exercises to tighten and reduce your belly ma

    No mam it wont wearing belt will never reduce our belly it can be a support but it wont workout for reducing tummy

    Mam enaku delivery agi 2& half years aguthu...naan recent 1 month ah core exercises lam senjam but no results....enaku ipavum antha mussle open la iukuma?....neenga sonna mathiri test pannan...but mela kila fingers ulla pogala but thoppul kita knjoo lose ah iruku mussle enaku rmba bayama iruku core senjathala ethuvum problem airukuma
