Hi mam I have done c sec 3 yrs back and I started exercises for core strength exercises after 5 months from the delivery. my body reduced weight and maintaining preoperly but my belly still look like 4 months . I don't know why .. many told don't do core exercises because of c sec. So I stopped doing now . After came to see your video I got a clear picture now. Thanks for sharing this kind of videos to us. And I tested how you shown in the video. My stomach center is not closed now only I came to about this . If I try to do these simple exercises will it close mam?
