I could do most of these I mean I could still walk with the aid of a walker that weight-bearing is so painful so thank you for these chair exercises❤️

What can you do for a very tight hip flexor?
Would you please comment on whether doing a set of 10 3x's a day vs 3 sets if 10 all at once makes any difference or pros/cons. Much thanks
