Ab mano ek ldki X hai jisko momos, chaomeen, pizza and very oy food khane ki adat h or wo ye janti bhi nhi h k shilpa ji dwara batai gai exercise k liye use ye sab chorna b jaruri h to us ldki X ke dhakkan dheele ho jayege lekin bichari ko shilpa ji jitne khubsurat abs naseeb nhi hoge

I do all exercise easily but side plank switches it's so difficult but I will try again and again and finally donethis

Nothing comes free, her body stays fit with her effort. I love people who are fitness conscious especially when they r in the media bcoz people are crazy when they r at peak.
