ParoDoXz I've used that undercoating before and just to let you know after like 9 weeks it started fading to grey so it's not totally uv resistant.

ParoDoXz, what year bumpers are the 4th gens? And where can I get one?

Got to get mine installed! I already have my cubes and mount ready to go along with 20" bar in the center with those mounts too! So nice!!

I think it looks good , great job guys!! Look really good after it's wrapped and the new grill gets installed .

Also wanted to say that I recently found your channel and I love it ! Giving me ideas for when I get a 3rd gen

idk if you have put much back there but... hows the raptor liner holding up? really considering in the bed of my 2nd gen but I use the bed alot and don't know how well it holds up

It’s crazy how that 4th gen bumper fits the truck so well. Looks awesome👍🏻

FYI when you paint bare mettle ...use self etching primer first it bonds to the mettle chemically then provides a substrate to be top coated with your choice of paints.

I love it and when it's color matched it'll look great one thing I think would've looked great was paint the outline of the taillights and mirrors

So for the 4th gen conversion you just needed the brackets from overkill and a 2010-2018 2500 bumper?

Have you tried looking for the grille on LMC truck yet but thing is you have to paint it

I picked up a sport grill for my truck off of eBay actually. Was an aftermarket grill but it fit quite well! If I remember it wasn't very expensive either.

I like the 4th gen bumper looks good when its color matchedit gonna look great. I Own a 2014 Dodge ram Laramie 1500 and I love the look. But really cool to see guys doing stuff like this with the new bumpers on older trucks.

i like that 4th gen bumper a lot more, but i would not recommend rubberized undercoating, use enamel paint and oil spray over top of it. the rubberized garbage traps moisture and PROMOTES rust growth

Mike Utoober, I have had the same experience as you it seems, however if you use a good self etching primer on some nice dry steel first it makes a world of difference, an oil base first coat would work well too I would think.

Use the stuff you used to line the bed on the inside of your bed panels and fenders to prevent Rust ! And the inner part of bumpers as well

Look at LMC truck parts for a sport grill

Looks soooo sweet!!!!!!!!!

A good tip to help save the radiator, condenser, and Transmission cooler, is find some mesh from a screen door and drape it in front of everything

whats up brother just want you to know that once you do the trans build up its gunna make a huge difference. i did the trans before i did pretty much anything else and the truck runs like a whole new beast. i only have trans intake exhaust tuner and lift pump and she runs like a damn dream. can't wait till you do that big job trust me your going love it. love your videos btw!!!!!!

Yes, sport grill is just color matched, but also a slightly different shape

Bumper looks good. I see you have a topside creeper, how you like it? I got mine a few weeks ago and wish I had know of their existence years ago. It's so much easier working on the truck now.

Is he going to put some mud tires in it cuz the would look good on it with the rims and trucks

When I did my 4th gen bumper swap I mounted the brackets to the bumper then put it on the truck. Really made it easy and fast since I did it myself with no help. I know there's more then one way to skin a cat just thought I would throw it out there. I ordered my sport grill from LMC I think it was only 175 shipped if I remember correctly, either way both trucks look amazing, love all the videos

You guys should both wrap your trucks with exspell. It's thick clear vinyl to protect your paint. Sense your paints mint and your brother just got his paint it'll save you from chips and stuff. Then your brother could also color match his mirrors without worrying about chips.
