Thanks a lot from Japan. Thais is another beautiful class that is not way too challenging but nice and hard to refresh in the morning. I did not follow a couple of flows first time, but I did understand how every pose connects nicely. I always like your video, your flows are unique but smooth one after another. I will enjoy the class again and again for sure. Take care Kassandra, and look forward to your chatting video too that I really enjoyed in the past.

I know this flow has been out for several years now, but it is my absolute favorite! I keep returning to it time and again. Just the right length and difficulty. Would love to see more like this one! Thanks for all you do - I so appreciate you.

It’s my favorite too and Ive shared it with so many people and it has become staples in their yoga practices as well. Its just a really well-balanced flow.

The difficulty is perfect and it really helps me gauge my progress as I move through other videos but then return to this one every so often. Recently I've felt like I hit a rut but doing this one today and being surprised by my own capacity has reenergized me and made me proud of what I continue committing to. So grateful for Kassandra!!!!!

Yes, that is ridiculously hard. But hey, 6 months ago I could barely hold a warrior 2 for 3 breaths.
I really enjoy this instructors teaching style and personality. It is the exact right challenge and she walks you through the pose very elegantly. She is not matronizing or patronizing and is a humble warrior for goodness.

there are many very good to great teachers online - I also practice with Adrienne and Jessica Richburg - Kassandra is always the one I keep coming back to most often though..
So glad I found you! I really appreciate your focus on proper alignment and teaching yoga instead of rambling on and on about nothing! I can concentrate on the poses and breathe better without the distractions! Thank you!
These 45 min flow with no props classes are my favorite!

I love no equipment workouts! Our gyms are closed due to COVID and I have little access to exercise equipment!
Loving the longer intermediate classes!! This one was great, couldn't do a few of the poses but I know I'll work up to that level of strength. I started out with your 10 minute beginner classes and have made it all the way to doing classes like this!
When i go to sleep in the evening, i am looking forward to being the next morning to do yoga with Kassandra again, as soon as i wake up. Thank you thank you! You gave me a treasure and i feel great!
Your longer intermediate classes are my go-to!

To be honest toward the middle of the practice I was cursing myself for doing this, but it felt really wonderful at the end! Thank you!

I curse myself halfway through any kind of yoga class but I have severe arthritis (knees, shoulders, hips) so know it’s use it or lose it. If I don’t practice every day, I may not be able to walk downstairs in the morning. So I grumble and move😊

@@dionegbama I do too: great toe, knees, back, hips (both replaced) elbow, shoulder, neck. Consider the Keto way of eating. It reduced my inflammation to almost nothing. I haven't felt this good in decades.

"Just meet your body where it is right now. Letting go of judgement and attachment. To what you think you should be able to do. There's really no denying reality. We are what we are and we're so much better off learning to embrace it and working with what we have. I find that I make progress a lot faster that way too." Thank you for saying that!! It really resonated with me and opened my eyes to how harshly I sometimes judge myself and don't even realize it. There's already so much resistance from outside forces, so I've just been making my life harder by also going against myself. By accepting myself in that moment, I was able to release that toxicity for the rest of the practice and fully embrace where I was at, even though I'm not where I want to be yet. I'll definitely be putting this into practice in other situations!

would love to see more intermediate full body toning yoga practices like this one!!! 45 minutes is the perfect length, and the difficulty was exactly what I needed--no inversions or headstands as well, which makes it more accessible!

Today is the first time I did this class. Loved it!!! At 60, I'm proud to say I was able (with minor adjustments) to keep up and do all of the poses... minus the star while in side plank. :) I love your work, Kassandra! Thank you!
I loved this longer and challenging class! I have been kind of taking it a little easier with my yoga lately, and doing more gentle practices (dealing with some health/pain issues) But I saw this on my notifications today, and I felt up to it. It was really enjoyable, and though I did have to modify some of the poses, I still felt a great challenge! Thank you Kassandra, for a lovely class as always!

I love this practice! The beginning and end are quite gentle and relaxing but there are some challenging poses in the middle which feel great

I do her Yoga workouts every sunday since Sundays are my rest days, and it's good to help me refresh and reflect.

This was what I needed today, length of class, pace with enough time to focus and get into each move, not too challenging in a good way, I wanted to be able to fully complete the class and not have to break or stop in the middle of a pose, I always feel results from any of your classes btw which keeps me coming back! Even though your 30 min classes are shorter, they're harder and I'm able to keep up with the pace and challenge because they aren't long hard classes so thank you for the variety!
It was one of the toughest work out but it gave a big challenge to do this more i love the way you challenge us that what I needed thank you kassandra like always
I got up early to start my practice and in the middle, my 7 year old sleepily stumbled in, rubbing his eyes and said, "Why is she in a gingerbread house?" 😂

Such a great practice! Thank you. Due to Covid-19 I am not able to join my yoga class so youtoube has so many great yoga practices which help me a lot to. This is one of the best ones.
I coach a high school boys rowing team. We did this class together. I really liked the hip opening, lengthening and core work. Your movements and cueing work perfectly with what I am trying to do as a coach. Thank you.

Hi Kassandra, I just recently found you on KZread. I can't thank you enough for providing these long yoga classes and for keeping them at a reasonable pace, I've practice yoga for over 10 years and still need to be guided through the postures, and reminders for body adjustments throughout the practice. Since Covid hit I've tried many times to practice yoga at home, and its been a really challenge for me. The continuous looking for the right app or website has been both exhausting and frustrating. So grateful for your time, Namaste.

I do yoga every morning (and often in the evening), but never considered it before going out for a social occasion. I like that idea! I struggle with anxiety.

You are the best teacher I’ve found thus far! My sister told me about your classes and I’ve been tuning in for several weeks.
