45 MIN FULL BODY BARRE W/ WEIGHTS
This workout is 360 degrees of barre burn! We’ll start by working one entire side of the bottom as we make our way down to the floor, then we’ll work the opposite side on our way back up to standing. Recommend using light weights (between 1-3 lbs). I’m using 3 in the video :). Also recommend alternating which side you start in if you find yourself returning to the video multiple times (also recommended)!
This is an advanced level workout, so please use modifications as necessary!
