Thank you! I have a bunch of similar workouts…you could also make modifications on my other workouts by taking out any jumps, leaving your head down on the floor (instead of in the crunched up position), and taking certain exercises on your forearms instead on your hands! 🥰💖👍🏼

Omg..! I can’t believe u did a Whole body neck friendly pilate!!! I actually stopped doing ur workouts, except a few wrist/friendly ones, bc of the strain on my neck. Yes, I did watch ur video on ways to strength. Ur core to prevent neck strain. Didn’t work. But this, I can do, and often. Would love to see more. Thank u!

Remember, building your core strength isn’t a quick thing that happens overnight…it happens through consistency and use of proper posture/alignment. It’s absolutely possible…so don’t give up! You could also do other workouts that aren’t neck friendly, but you could make them neck friendly by just not lifting your head up. Keep it down on the floor. 🥰💕💪🏼

Yum I loved this one. Loved all the variations on the core work and the addition of some of those not too often seen moves like the leg circles! I also love, as always, how there's a good balance between stretching and strengthening.

Yaaaayyy!!!! I made it 🤗🥳❤️ Looked so chill but was amazingly killer🙏🏾as usual😍 I think I will do this one every other day and do the 30 minute abb, butt, and arms the opposite days of this workout! 👍🏾 The hard part is finding time with being consistent with my schedule, but I wont give up!🧡 If I could get the healthy eating lifestyle down consistent as well 😂 I definitely feel like I see results even without perfection with only doing Dansique Fitness as well💕

Very nice new workout routine! Upper arms are sore. Wanted to ask- if my hip sockets are killing me in the roll back position do you have any recommendations for this tightness?

When you are in your half roll back position it’s very common to grip / tighten up in your hips & thighs. As much as you can, try to “relax” that area and instead engage your core that extra bit by really scooping your belly and tucking your tail. The stronger your core gets the less you’ll naturally need to grip in your hip flexors. 👍🏼

@@DansiqueFitness I have recently started seeing a chiropractor for the first time since a neck trauma that occurred about six years ago. I told him last Monday about the tightness in my hip sockets. He popped both my hip sockets back into place and it's completely transformed the roll back position for me- I can engage my core so much more and it's not nearly as difficult to hold the engagement. I'd recommend seeing a chiropractor to anyone who is pretty fit and yet still experiencing a similar lasting discomfort
Can u pls make one video where CARDIO+PILATES+YOGA means all in one pack 😊 which can increase stamina, strength and transform the body. Or some program of week or 2 weeks

Tho I applaud your work :) your workouts tend to not be back friendly....so many of your workouts have so many of the leaning-back part way and holding....which is a killer on the back, if there's a weakness (back issues for decades here). Can you in the future provide a substitute for us? thx!

Sorry to hear that. All my workouts are actually back friendly IF you perform the exercises correctly. The core must be engaged, belly button pulling in and up, and tailbone tucked under. Only go back as much as your core can support (even if it’s just a little bit). As mentioned in many videos, you can also support yourself by placing your hands on the floor behind you…or even resting on your forearms. If you perform exercises correctly and listen to your body to make any necessary modifications, you should NEVER have any pain (even if you have certain muscles weakness…as well all do).
