Hi doctor I have been diagnosed with thyroid 3 years back ,and I have been directed with thyroxine for 3 yrs, even if I forget to take a day medicine and check the value kept on increasing and it never comes down , but I saw ur video and took above said medication continuously for the past 45 days with regular workout and my TSH value reduced to 3 from 10.5 , thank you so much for your valuable information it gave me hope thyroid can be under control 🙏
