Thyroid Vegetarian Diet Plan | What to Eat and What Not To | Dr. Vivek Joshi
Start with drinking coriander seed water. Coriander water has been used to drink thyroid gland issues for thousands of years. It is a major treatment in Ayurvedic medicine. You can make the remedy by soaking 2 teaspoons of coriander seeds in a glass of water overnight.
Consume a mixture of Indian gooseberry i.e. amla churna with honey, daily before breakfast.

    One note: Walnuts can interfere with thyroid hormone absorption, so avoid eating them at the same time you take your medication.

    @@yamunav6089 yes you can...I am doing same for myself..bt once ur thyroid gets normal u cn switch to naturopathy or homeopathy...bcoz these english medicines comes with lots of side effect..fix urself with diet plan throughout though..thanks

    Try ghee in warm water in the morning. Use your legs. Big muscles in thighs and buttocks. You have to move it, move it. Use probiotic in tablets then. Entiro. Avoid dairy. Hear your body.

    Around 5am even if you're still sleepy, take thyroid medication and then take rest for some more time. Around 5am is the best and optimum time for medication AND ON EMPTY STOMACH.

    Absolutely, do the following- 1. Yoga with breathing exercises and asanas, check KZread for videos 2. Have coriander water empty stomach 3..take 1 Brazil nut everyday 4. Go for evening walks and keep yourself active. Im a hypothyroid hashimotos patient and above has helped me wonderfully. Thyroid is a silent killer treat it asap
