Same here doctor. Instead of chapati i eat ragi mudde. (Ball). Every day 3 to 4 spoons of ghee. I love ghee.i drink tulasi Or ginger tea. I do yoga pranayama. I am fit doctor.

Sir, I buy wheat grains from local grocery shop..then take it to the "chakki" to grind. The chakki is in the neighbourhood of my locality. The aroma & taste of freshly grind "chakki" flour is very flovourful.
1.40 mins exercise 2.lemon water 3.two fruits(between breakfast and lunch) 4.egg 5.dont eat fried foods 6.salads 7.chapati 8.protien..panner, egg white, meat etc., 9.dal, pulses 10.rice 11.curd
