Nice villa, but as brokers say: 3 things determine the price the most: 1) Location. 2) Location. 3) Location. And the location of that villa is in east Pattaya. Welcome to the everyday traffic jam into the centre. I rather would buy something for the same money, but then beachfront, at Pratumnak.

Love the channel, bro 😎. The agent said the first apartment costs about $40 for bills and such, so does that $35,000 apartment have any kind of an HOA fee? Do you pay the $35,000 and only have to pay your own utilities or is there like a monthly fee for the building? Is that quality for 35,000 common or was that a deal that will probably go quickly?
