Do you pay the $35,000 and only have to pay your own utilities or is there like a monthly fee for the building? Is that quality for 35,000 common or was that a deal that will probably go quickly?   Try the Siam Bayshore Hotel, it's just of Walking street towards the pier . It's truly a wonderful hotel.

  Excellent work fella! Im saving up cos of your channel sold Pattaya for me. Never fancied it previously fancied the James bond beautiful islands and amazing temple etc. Would make a refreshing change from Planet Europe. But doing it proper 5 star hotels, and visit the floating market & Temple of Truth. (Wonder if same Van Damme movie locations were filmed where you guys are.. ie Floating Market etc.

  I used to carry what we in the navy called a liberty belt. Basically you carry small bits of cash in your pocket but your cards and larger bills are in that. Basically its wrappped around your stomach like a concealed gun belt.
