Starting 8th July to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.
Today's yoga practice will help you improve your joint health by strengthening the tendons and tissues near the joints. In this 20-minute video, I will guide you through a series of gentle stretches and poses, targeting areas often neglected in today's sedentary and mostly seated lifestyle.
So, get off your chairs and start moving with me!
Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

Before joining satvic yoga clses i hv attended other few classes. But let me tell u no one teaches like radhika. Once u attend her clses u get to know how exactly each asanas needs to be done. She s very well versed with the knowledge. She explains each n every asanas in detail. Thank u Radhika Mam

Radhika, I have attended many yoga classes and have trained for years. But you are the only one I have found who teaches Yogasana like my Guru! I am so thankful Satvik yoga found me. Thank you for sharing what you do with the world. I want to understand how can I contribute to help it reach everywhere in the world?
I'm being depressed for more than 5 months but after doing yoga .... each day it feels little better and reconnecting with myself.... I'm praying to God that I can come out of this darkness as quickly as possible 🙏

Day 8, August 2,2023 Omg the flow was way relaxing and challenging at the same time , I face problems while doing Downward facing dog its like it puts a lot of pressure on my hands and my legs don't touch the ground too so in parts i have to do this... Everything else is the best.. I m Loving these sessions even more through each passing Day. Thank You so much Universe For making me able to access these. Looking Forward for the next Day❤🔥

Day 8 (1st June,2023) Completed another day. Bought a yoga mat today because my knees hurt while doing the exercises. One thing I want to share is that while doing the downward dog pose, my palms hurt a lot, hence I cannot be in that pose for long. Am I doing something wrong or is this expected?
