Had to force myself to take a rest day yesterday after watching you're work outs for almost a month , they are the only videos i watch when i workout, so just wanna say thanks for keeping it simple and getting straight to it in the videos, this is what people need, keep up good work

I like those workouts and been doing them for 3 years...the only downside is the extremely insufficient rest time ..not even enough to pick up another dumbbells....your workouts will be amazing if you add a realistic rest time

I would switch it up a bit if you can, he has plenty of other videos. If 3x a week is all you have, then I recommend doing upper body once, full body once and perhaps some form of cardio (running, cycling or perhaps swimming)

In my case I do this 5-7 a week and with cardio workout after dumbbell workout So maybe 1 hour per-day 30 minutes dumbbell and 30 minutes cardio
Excellent workout. Maybe add just a little background music. 🎉
So is this workout for beginners or for even advanced people
how many pounds are those 2 dumbbells?
