    I simply love these exercises that you have developed for seniors. They are easy on the joints but easy enough to complete the duration of the workouts. God bless you for your efforts in helping maintain the seniors strength and durability.

    Hi Zack, loved the way you presented your exercises. One big problem, there were too many ads in this time. It cut you off at least 8 times. So frustrating. Like I said though we loved your senior exercises.

    This was a full body interval training workout for seniors who may suffer pain. It was phenomenal! May I suggest you do more exercises for seniors including stretchy bands. Thank you so very much.

    Thank you so much. I have arthritis in my knee, so there are some knee bends I. can't do, but the others I can. I will look for more of your videos. I prefer standing, because knee bend is hard for me.

    Sorry to hear about your mother, but this also makes me so happy that she potentially has something to workout to! Also check the seated 30 minute routine also if she needs to start with that one first and work her way up. Thank you for sharing it with her, means the world to help out :)

    Thank you very much for doing this. I use to exercise vigorously just a few years ago, but I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, bursitis, leg circulation problems, and lower back issues, not to mention afib, asthma, and acid reflux. All have piled on top of each other over the years, and made it hard to exercise, as if my heart rate went to fast it would sometimes be hard to get it down again. I am on blood pressure meds for that and to control the afib. So my exercise heart rate won't get as high as they use to require, and if it did it caused a problem. I started today using your seated exercises first to see how it was, and then followed with this standing one. It got the blood flowing and the muscles working without a lot of strain. I am 64 and I will keep doing these for a while to see how I do. Do you recommend that I do them every day or every other day, or should I do the seated ones and alternate with the standing on alternate days? I want to increase stamina, strength and lose some weight as well, and improve balance. I did perfect with the balance ones, and didn't have to hold onto the chair. Beginners luck. lol

    Hi Patrick! Great question and I am so happy you are enjoying these workouts. Because you are just starting out monitor how you feel after the workouts. If you feel like you can do both everyday go for it. You made need a rest period here and there. Thats great that you can do the exercises with balance! I will be making more workouts coming soon.     I like your routine, but is there anyway for the exercise program to automatically continue after the ads instead of my having to walk to the computer and clip on skip ad over and over. In some other exercise routines, that's how it works and I never have to cick on skip ad. It just skips forward automatically.
