    I'm also not a senior, but being prone to headaches & backaches I often need to go easy on my body for a while - this is a good compromise between not doing anything and not doing too much until I feel better.

    I am glad to find your chair exerciise. I am recovering from foot injuries and cause more injury. Other videos on YT are too strenous even on chair. Yours is perfect for beginners. Gentle enough to start exercising again. Thanks

    Zachary, I wanted to tell you how grateful I am for your videos. I work at an assisted living center and they LOVE, i mean LOVE your workout videos. Most of them need seated workouts and its hard to find good workouts that they enjoy. They ask me often if there are any new workout videos from you.     My sister (she'll be 80 this year) sent me some workouts and yours is the best. I have problems with my shoulders and knees (old war wounds); anyway your exercises are perfect for my situation, not to strenuous but I still feel like I am getting a workout. Thanks for making these videos.

    loved the format and different stretches for the workout. why not add upbeat 50’s- 60’s music in the background.. I brought up Pandora and it made a big difference.

    Is there any exercises that you can do for truck drivers? I need a workout while holding onto one wheel I can switch hands while holding the steering wheel and the steering wheel can go up on the dash I have planned room for my legs. I just need a workout for you know 30 minutes to an hour behind the wheel to help tone my body and circulate it circulate the blood. Thank you
