    i've been wanting to try pilates for a while, reformer pilates specifically, but no one in my city offers them... turned to this and wow, i am winded. i usually lift weights but this had me needing to take multiple rests haha. will definitely be my go-to workout video!!

    I'm loving pilates lately. Other videos I've been following along to, do the whole workout, not just show the moves. It felt very rushed and loud. I thought pilates was meant to be soothing but low key hard 😂

    Most of my workout videos are real time workout videos. The day I filmed this I had filmed a real time workout before this and was on a breastfeeding time limit so only had time for this.

    This is amazing - I've always wanted to try reformer pilates 🤍 but in all seriousness the (smooth) roller is killing shins and ankles esp. with the plank, tuck, plank, pike move. Does anyone have any tips? ✨️
