My all time favorite workout from HASfit!
One of my favourites of HIIT Tabata workout.
I have been working on these videos consecutively for the past four months. Today I was able to do the Tabata HIIT from beginning to the end and I feel FANTASTIC. Thanks Coach and Claudia for the BURN!
Just did this workout while on vacation at the parents house. While I missed the heavier weights we have at our home gym it was still a very great full body work out. Got us both sweating a lot.

U guys always remind me of a Saturday night live sketch in a good way for some reason. I love your workouts and your motivation. And I don't think I sweat as much as u guys. 😂 But my for wasn't as good either. Woops

WOW! This was more CHALLENGING And a little harder than I thought. But I stuck to it and always love a good Tabata workout and I know I will be feeling the 🔥 tomorrow also and 😢😅

I love these workout so much. The two of you are AMAZING! I also REALLY appreciate how coach doesn't use yoga terms like "cobra" and instead used "upward dog" that's much better! Glad I found you guys and will continue working out with you. Great way to start my new year.

This workout was great on so many levels. I was laying in bed searching workouts about to give up and go to sleep. But you guys made it doable. Quick, Low impact but high intensity and high sweat, with a warm up to ease into the tough stuff. Exactly what I needed! Thank you guys yet again! 🙏🏻❤️

Completed this morning, somehow it's just as challenging as some of the 45mins ones, love it! I love this workout and the tabata style. I get bored easily, but this one is great. The last set is a killer. I can manage to do this with my kiddos and I already see progress doing this workout 3-4 times a week and eating low carb. Thank you ❤

I used to do your workouts all the time and I eventually stopped and tried other workouts. I missed you guys and came back and I found it very shocking that I didn't have to take any breaks like I used to ! That was when I was 16 and I'm now 18. HASfit you are Amazing I excise to you and your friend all the time I never had weight I always kept myself well .i was one time many years ago training people to keep fit well since my operations I put up a lot of weight because I couldn't do Cardio or walk much I was 15stone 15Ib and a quarter I lost 3stone in 8weeks because you gave me that strength to get up get back to my self and fight my body's pains keep up the good work Hasfit and as you say we probably swear at you and that's true I do be talking to the TV ha ha

To Coach and Claudia, I thoroughly enjoy your workouts. It is the first at-home workout that I have found that actually makes me sweat! I use it a couple days a week, on the days I don't run. I was wondering how many pounds your hand weights are. I know everyone should do what they are comfortable with, but I think I would find it helpful to know the range of weight you use. Thank you!

here I am again and again, I can't thank you guys enough, this is great.
I just finished the workout. This was like Insanity Max 30 for non fitness models. Exercises were hard but doable. Great calorie burn and really time efficient.
Fantastic workout. Really enjoyed it. Thank you for all your efforts.
Been at it for 6 weeks now. When I started out I could barely handle.the modified version. The last 2 days I have actually been able to a few of Coaches versions. Went for a hike yesterday with 100s of stairs. Had to take a few rests but not because of me but because some of the others in the group needed it. I have been following your routines and have almost no stiffness or soreness. Also pinched my siatica and followed your stretches for it and was back to 90% in 2 days. Thank you.

U dont know how heartwarming that is for us to not have to go to the gym because we can rely on your workouts and we can do it at our home!
