    I love most of the beginner flows-to me this seemed to be a mix of intermediate.

    Ok loved this format, half standing half floor work. The standing portion had some good balance challenge. The floor portion was a great, moderate workout, a bit of abs burn, a bit of glute burn, perfect for a moderate day. I would love to do this format again. Thank u!
