    Thank you Ally❤ So far every morning I practice Yoga Nidra, and I will continue this. Recently my daughter was very sick and in the hospital & my friends noticed that in dealing with this, work & travel etc… that I was organized, calm & focused. The only thing that I have changed in my life has been doing Yoga Nidra in the morning, meditating and doing Yoga. I am a student of the 200hr yoga teacher training (EYTT). This practice has helped me with my nervous system - it has allowed me to be calm while moving through chaos, & not having the chaos stick to me and weighing me down. So much gratitude 🙏

    I am also a middle school teacher and when I regularly practice bodies scan I am much calmer. I can let my sense of humor out in class and I do not ruminate and worry about what happened during the day when I come home.❤🎉 Thank you!

    Namaste! I loved this rotation of consciousness. I was so aware of the sensations and vibrations in different parts of the body…half body’s side at a time was very interesting and different. Loved it. Trying to practice in the day and stay awake during a practice as I’ve been using your practices mostly to fall asleep. It’s improved not only my sleep, but my entire life….my mood is so much happier and I’m so grateful to you and all that you do to make this world a better place. I have been searching for a short 15 minute yoga nidra to do in bed to start the day before l get up on the themes of calming, grounding, positive confident, setting you up for the day with clarity and focus.     ❤ Dear Aliy, Heart felt thanks for your Gentle guidance through Yoga nidra. It has changed my Lin my state of Peace has increased I have shared your videos with people who really needed to find. Peace. One of them is a paraplegic, And I thought if she could sense into her body even though she is paralyzed from the neck downext time, it might help her feel more connected to her body and and soothe her fear And cslm her mind. The Other person is my sister who is going through. Cancer treatments and surgery with lkts of anxiety. And then there's my cousin who has been fighting cancer for yours and has been told she doesn't have long in this life.. She was very grateful and it helped her sleep as well as the others. Who also find it very comforting and Healing period thank you from the bottom of my hebut for your offering, that is so generous. And giving peace. I think God for you

    Love it when you are able to incorporate going up the back body and spine!! Especially liked the second trip ‘round. ❤ Lately I’ve been craving the technique of imagining expansion/contraction or solidity/softness particularly in connection with being in relationship with change and cycles.     Would you be able to create a shorter version? I would love to use this with my therapy clients but they usually don't complete them if they are longer than 5 minutes

    any advice for not almost falling asleep? I can stay aware during the full body scan but after that is over I seem to drift in and out of awareness where I become so tired it's difficult to shift my focus back to the breath and body as I would in awareness of breath meditations.
