    I have been doing this for the past 8 days (including chloe ting’s 15 min arm workout & eating a little bit less) and i lost 1.2 kg 🤯 feeling so healthy and happy. I will update after 2 months if I remembered - Its been a month now , but unfortunately because of the finals I wasn’t able to do Pilates daily like the beginning “ i did them 3 times a week only” . But Here’s the first update for you guys I started the journey at 83.8 now I’m 80.1 kg 🥺 I’m so happy to find something that actually helps me lose weight without being exhausted. I hope you guys will reach your goals too . Wait for the second update 🙏🏻 - Hello it’s been 2 months, I’m proud to say that i lost 7.2 kg since I started ,i’m so happy to be able to lose this much in a healthy way i have never been so happy in my life and I think it’s because i was in healthy relationship with myself and i also enjoyed doing these videos because they weren’t intense for me .     I have started this yesterday at 88.9kgs and aim to do it minimum 4 times a week for at least the next 3 months , wish me luck guys! I’ll do weekly updates 💪 Week 1 : did for about 4 days, my weight is 87.3kg Week 2 : didn’t do regularly because busy with exams Week 3 : did 3 times a week, not much change in the weight but I feel it to be a little easier than before

    I promise to my self that I'll do it regularly and this is my first day on december 5 2022 . Im 55kg and my target is 48kg!! I realized what make this hard to do is im not discipline enough and lame! I was hospitalized for 3 days cause my own sickness not because this yoga work out and then i took more days to rest and didn't do it as my promise till yesterday. Today February 17 2023 I'll do this again! Let's do this together! Thank you for supporting me!     This is my Day 1 doing pilates excercise. My weight on 5th dec 2022 - 76.5 Kg. I will keep on updating my Weight Every Week DAY 1 - ✅ ( I have to take serveral break but after completing the excercise I am already feeling fresh and energetic) DAY 2 - Day 2 was yoga day for me so didn't completed my pilates excercise. DAY 3 -done Day 4- Done Day 5- Done ( my weight is 75.25kg)

    weightloss journey. i will try to do this workout for at least 3 weeks, hopefully longer. day 1: ✅ (60.7kg) day 2: ✅(59.9kg) day 3: ❌(somehow went down to 58kg) day 4: ✅ (got my period but its easier for me now, idk why) day 5: ❌ (tried a different workout) day 6: ✅ day 7: let's have faith in me 😭 update: so at the end of the first week, i realized that maybe i do prefer workouts rather than pilates so i started doing those. do what you enjoy guys!

    I love how relaxing and intense this is 💛, it’s the most relaxing thing ever for the body and the brain. And at the same time your doing exercise. I found the instructions super helpful, because I could close my eyes and slowly breathe, instead of like the hiit cardio workouts that gets me out of breath and not relaxed at all the with the beat music 😅..

    I love this series! This is my favorite workout. Ive tried Hiit workouts and pilates from other yt creators, but this is the perfect one for me. This makes you sweat but doesnt make you tired after, it makes you feel great!

    Y’all i did a small 10 min workout before this and only got 10 min of this done😭 i remember doing this every other day last year and i’m trying to get back to the grind. see y’all in a day 😭 Day 2: i was feeling down so i decided to exercise today, too. i did the quick 10 min workout before this and still got this done completely!! whoop whoop 🙌 i’m sweating so much i’m going to shower now lol😋 Day 3: skipped a couple of days due to personal issues but i’m back!! finished it and am not as tired 😊

    i've done this workout for a little less than a week and i went from 57.8kgs to 55.7kgs !! im gonna keep doing it. it's a little hard while executing but it feels so good and relaxing once im done, and your voice is so calming as well, it keeps me motivated! thanks so much for this

    i first tried this a week ago and it was so hard. i play soccer and surf and wasn't expecting this to be so challenging but it kicked my butt. but I've done it everyday for the past week and finally fully got through it without needing extra breaks. I'm so happy thanks for the fun workout!!!!

    I want to thank you so, so much for uploading this video. I have been struggling with severe fatigue for the last eight months and I have gained twenty pounds from stress-related binge eating. I couldn't even manage ten minutes of exercise, and yet I could do this entire workout with minimal pauses. Even if I couldn't finish *every* mango on some reps, I could still do it and not feel sick or brutally exhausted afterwards. As a previously active person who has had to give up working out, this has truly changed my life. Please continue uploading these videos!

    It's my 3rd day that I have been doing this workout and I have lost 3 kg already with diet. I wasn't believing in myself I can do it because I have been on diet for long time I couldn't lose 1 kg even 😬thank you for this video 💃 Update:it has been 2 weeks since I have done that workout properly and I have lost 7 kg. I will go for 30 days challenge from now on and try if it works like this one.I will keep updating guys. Don't give up!

    @@Devil-dy6uq I have been eating light at breakfast like olives, cheese, eggs and green tea, in break I am eating a fruit whatever is able in my hand, as a lunch drinking a bowl of soup or eating salad and again in break I am drinking milk and eating nuts or hazelnuts as snack for dinner I'm having soup, salad and whatever cooked at home only 5 spoon without its juice but this is personalized by my doctor if you want to go on diet please go for consultation first because Health always comes first take care of yourself 👍

    Hello hannna, I started this exercise last month and I did exercise 5 times a week and gives me huge difference in my stamina and weight loss as well when I started my weight was 80kg now 76kg and I lost my weight just with exercise no dieting. I'm so happy because dieting isn't possible for me but I found the way to lose my weight. Thanks a lot dear.

    Genuinely best workout ive done unlike other workouts, you dont feel defeated after this or not feel any gains. She makes you burn and then cools you down after.Thank you for this.

    This was hard… first try but I managed to sit thru it all!! I love the element of meditation deep breathing in it like yoga! I’ll be back again let’s see if it gets easier

    I have 17 years, 47.9kg, 157cm I start this Pilates today I’m so happy to make this, it’s a strong workout but good for your body 1 day - 👍🏻 2 day - 👍🏻 3 day - 👍🏻 4 day - 👍🏻 5 day - 👎🏻 6 day - 👎🏻 7 day - 👎🏻 8 day - 👍🏻 9 day - 👍🏻 Today is the 3 week and I’m lost 1kg, but a make funcional exercise with a teacher here, I’m so happy now I have 46,9

    This really kicked my butt, I try to stay active as much as possible bc I WFH, I go to the gym 4 times a week but when it's not possible I go with pilates. Thanks a lot for your awesome work

    Currently a student in my last yr of high school - I did Pilates in my recreational gym, and looking to start doing them more on my own time! Heavy exercise is difficult for me as I have some health issues. I believe someone mentioned the wrist modifications, big help!! Can’t wait to start my Pilates journey with you!!

    This was a simple and calming workout, but it definitely made me sweat so much and I would have to constantly rest!! I'll be trying to do this 3x a week along with running 3x a week. I cant wait for the results :)

    1.18 Weight : 60kg Day 1 ❌side leg raised Felt great after the workout Day 2 Had to stop from time to time. I did better on day 1. 1.20 - did another workout Day 3 Still had to stop from time to time but not as frequent as the 2nd day. Exercises are getting easier. 1.22 - Rest 1.23 Weight - 57kg😮 Day 4 - done 1.24 - did another workout Day 5 - done Day 6 - done Dat 7 - done Been doing different workout. Going back since this workout feels therapeutic Day 8 - done Day 9 - done stopped working out for a whole week. Day 10 - done
