I don't know if it was this workout out in particular but I was stuck at 114 - 113 pounds for a month but this workout has broke my plateau! The fat literally melted off so quickly, I'm now at 110 lbs, which was my goal!!! :D

Start doing pilates from today cause I'm sick of cardio and running. My weight now is 47 kg and my height is about 150 cm Day 1 : Completed Day 2 : Completed Day 3 : Completed After following this workout along with a 10 minute yoga practice in the morning , I feel that my body is healthier in some way, my legs feel smaller and more toned Day 4 Completed

This is such a good workout when you are just returning from a long hiatus from exercise. I had a back injury so I haven't been doing any of my cardio and my stamina and strength have decreased significantly. I could only do 8 minutes of this today because my hand started hurting and I don't want to spark another injury but I am definitely going to try again tomorrow to see if I can get to 10 minutes. Hopefully, by a week or 2, I can do the full thing. Thank you for this Monday 15/11 - 8:36 Tuesday 16/11 - 11:22 Thursday 18/11 - I DID THE WHOLE THING!

I just start to do pilates 1 week ago and I always follow your workouts, they really burned , I used to walk everyday for 2 hours as my exercise but I always find myself have low energy throughout the day but pilates workout really make me feel energize , thank you for the video 🙏🙏❤❤

I have to admit I struggled to get through this whole tape and it was worth the time and energy. Good Job Lady!!!
I decided to try pilates for the first time with the goal to lose weight, so i searched up and this video came to my sight (i'm not afraid of not begginer friendly workouts so i wanted to start it😂). The first day was so tough, like i thought i was going to die! But when i did it again today for the second time, for some reason i did it with ease(still burnt tho). Like the time passed so quick, which makes me realise how strong my body became after just one time doing it. Its crazy to think what my body can do and how far it can take me. I just want to thank you for making me feel like a more strong, fit, and independent woman!
I'm going to visit my grandma for a couple of days and I cant do cardio with all its jumping, so pilates it is , your workouts are perfect. Thank you

Quarantine discovered for me such a beautiful thing as Pilates. As they say, “you feel more energetic after a workout”. I never felt full of energy after training, on the contrary, I was always very tired. But after this workout I feel perfectly fine. Thank you so much! 💕💕💕

Hello sweet Hannah!!! Just done it and feel liberated: by my dry fasting I'm really weak specially when I have to stand a long time, but whatever I need to move my body, so I chose that session and could do every exercise but on my rythme! Started Pilates for the 1st time ever. i enjoyed it. I miss my weight lifting but until the gym opens I will be doing this " times a week plus HIIT. Hope to get to my goal weight evntually. 10kg gone another 10kg to go
