30 min LOWER BODY WORKOUT | With Dumbbells (And Without) | Warmup and Cool Down Included
Join me for a 30 minute LOWER BODY WORKOUT to sculpt your legs and glutes. We'll be using dumbbells for some of the exercises, and body weight only for others. Today I'll be using a set of 15LB dumbbells, so don't be afraid to grab your heavier set for this routine. I've included a quick warm up and cool down as well. Thank you so much for this workout! I am 60 something and I have had a hard time finding workouts I can keep up with. Your movements are slow and controlled and your voice is soothing and encouraging. The music is nice, not something I’m going to get tired of hearing. I did a couple of your arm workouts yesterday and enjoyed them, so I came back for some leg work. I will definitely be able to keep working out with you and I could tell already this morning from yesterday’s workouts I have a bit more pep in my step and my muscles, hips, legs and arms are feeling more flexible. I love the pace you set and the calm voice you use to motivate us. Exactly the kind of video I love! One request-could you group your videos by topic, like Abs, Upper Body, Barre etc.? Loved this workout!! I can definitely feel the burn!! I don't know if modifications for lunges are a thing, but my knees aren't the greatest. Trying to build up my strength so lunges aren't a challenge every time.
