Join me for a 20 min BOOTY AND LEGS WORKOUT to shape and sculpt through your lower body. Some exercises will be up on our feet using dumbbells, and some exercises down on our mat without any equipment. All you need is a medium-heavy set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using two 12LB weights. I loveddd this video!! 20 mins went so fast. I love having a mixture of floor and standing work and NO REPEATS!! I actually lowered the weight and added a resistance band for the floor work it was great thank u!!!

Loved this workout, the mix of weights and floor exercises plus the mix of breaks and no breaks. The 20 minutes went by quickly.

I absolutely loved this!!! I am usually hesitant to do weighted lower body videos because there are some movements I just hate, but I loved all of this! Somehow you made a lower body workout enjoyable🤣 loved the barre movements too. I'll be coming back to this one for sure!!
