If you have weak knees or ever experience pain or discomfort this workout is for you! And hey, if you don’t currently have any knee issues this workout will serve you well in preventing any knee problems in the future.
It’s SO important to have a good balance between strength and flexibility so don’t neglect your stretching after any strengthening workout.

    I worked myself into few days of knee pain, but this class has made me feel much better. I wasn't stretching enough like you said.

    Thank you! This video and the Pelvic Floor Workout video are great for my lower body issues. They are gentle enough for me to focus on correct motion and position, but they still produce progress in a surprising short amount of time. I alternate using the Pelvic Floor Workout as a warm up and cool down video.

    I have chondramalacia patellae which means my patella's maltrack all over the shop as my ITB and TFL are tight... that goam roller and spikey ball is a painful way to correct this. I like this alot.

    Sony Singla I always suggest doing something physical everyday with one rest day a week. If you really like this workout and you feel like it’s helping you then you can repeat it everyday. Or find another workout you like and alternate between the two. There’s no one secret formula. Do whatever workouts you enjoy and whatever workouts that get you moving and sweating! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

    Yes I see it all the time. Forcing the turnout doesn’t make the knees happy at all. Keep strengthening and be aware of your alignment and tracking!!🥰🥰🥰
