Here's a simple 30 day routine you can follow to stretch your hip flexors and quads. Most people have tight hip flexors from sitting, in order to gain hip flexor flexibility we need to be putting a big focus on opening the front of the hip. Give these 4 stretches for 4 weeks a try and see how your hips open up!

Yes, I do. I’m following you guys for so long. I got a tiny bit better and I was thinking that something was wrong with my body. Unfortunately I learned that I need hips replacement at 44 years 1:54 old. But when I got my new one, I will do your exercises, you are awesome 👏 ❤

Change your diet to raw and juice daily. Add vitamin d w/ k2, nascent iodine and cell salts to your stack. Not sure of your specifics, but we can heal anything if we let food be thy medicine. There are no incurable diseases, only incurable people! Good luck.

@@b_reel thanks. I born with anomalies and I struggle from young age (11 years old) but I played rugby, boxing, lot of running, sky diving, mountain biking and always have physical jobs. My hips joints are really bad from the X-ray. For the last 3 years I’m doing yoga and Wim hof method. My diet is good. Right now, I’m still working, do my exercises and yoga but can’t run anymore. I’m not taking any medication.

I feel this was mad for me..yass 💯 I'm into the ultimate lean and fit body type I haven't seen anybody bodies like you guys. In excited and sore from the gym. My Hips are my weak point but my favorite target area..💯😁

These stretches are great for swimmers.
Can i say that this set of stretches was great. But i think alot of people are tight in the quads and not the hip flexors. I did athlean x's quad or hip flexor test, thinking my hip flexors were tight. It turns out my quads are the issue. Maybe worth doing a video on this.

I can work on stretches for months and then take a week off and I’m back to square one…any ideas? ( apart from not taking a week off)
Just stretching? I learned that the couch stretch is necessary because the psoas is inhibited and passes some of its responsibilities to the vastus femoris? Also because pf weak piriformis/gemellus/glut.min&med.
