This full body stretching routine for flexibility and mobility is aimed at opening up all the ranges of motion of the body. I made this stretching routine with no equipment or gym needed! This full body stretch is for beginners and athletes as well. You can use this as a stretching warmup for other training, or as a daily routine to keep your body healthy. These stretching exercises also focus on strengthening certain ranges of motion. The muscles stretched in this routine are the calves, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, lats, traps, chest, shoulders, and neck. These stretching exercises for men & women can also be done after a workout for a cool down. Enjoy!

Josh brings joy to the day. - Fan in Los Angles.
Tried this daily for 4 weeks. Here the results: Arms have full range of motion Shoulder are "down" again Hip does not "fall down" while walking anymore My legs gained significant muscle Full control on my hips Able to internally rotate my hips (did not know human body can do that...) This is just a small overview, but fellas: Thats it. Just do it and try. I came from a home-office body and was folded like a piece of paper from 60+ hours at my Laptop a week After trying almost everything in the internet to make my backpain go away, this is the only solution I found that actually works. Don't miss the second video that belongs to this practise. Ahh.. not to forget: I have Scoliosis with 3 areas having partly 31° screw up. But the BEST about this video: The voice, the softly spoken words. Its such a lovely contrast to Xmen like Bodybuilders here at youtube. I almost thought you americans only communicate with yelling. Much love to anyone and specially to Josh!

Many thanks from France. I'm 48, tennis coach and i'm using all your exercices every day since this summer. For me first, i wanna live my entire body, i wanna feel free with my every movements, i wanna feel flexibility, fluidity. That was not the case , i've come to a point in my life where i was feeling sadness every day, being older and older, suffering my body and every thing around , food , people, modern life etc etc .... i've found you and you gave me inspiration. Not only by giving us some excellent drills but by your reflection on life, our way of being, of breathing , of contemplating things around with a coffee cup in the hand. Thank you Josh, being a master in something and share it is not a common thing in modern life. I let you know around how i'm getting and feeling better every day ..

Janice - Hello, Hey! Did the buggers tell you that no cartilage tends to lead to having a false knee - I had mine taken out when I was 21- after ballet, and when at 60 the knee blew up and they said I had to have a false one - this affects me in lots of bad ways but I will never stop moving! They wanted to do the other knee, no way! Look at John Bergman (chiropractor) on U Tube and do the weights for the knees this saved my other knee - don't have surgery if you can function and find other options!!

Thank you sir for this amazing start to a day. Just started and only 8 days into it, but the results are amazing. The best thing is my back pain is gone.
Holy Cow, I'm so grateful to have just discovered you! I am STILL recovering from lumbar surgery after 2.5 years, and staving off degeneration in my left hip... I've lost so much of the strength and vitality I had before the back injury. My body is stiff as a board and full of massive pain. I am also demoralized to be 10-15 pounds heavier than I'd prefer. Feeling old (only 62!), wiped out, and frustrated. I just did my best version of this routine and actually did better than I'd expected, and feel SO much better already. This might be a game-changer for me... slow and steady. So grateful! Witnessing the incredible functionality in your body is an excellent model and motivator. Thank you for your devotion and hard work!
This is awesome! I've been doing these a few days and already feel better. Thank you!

Coming back to this video and hearing the music give me so much nostalgia of first lockdown when life was lowkey chill and the sun was out everyday❤️
Josh, thank you for sharing this routine with us! I have been doing it for the past few months, and I keep coming back to it just because of how great I feel afterwards! This is my first time commenting as I watch it from my TV 99% of the time! Your words of encouragement are greatly appreciated every morning I watch this. Also, my favorite color is blue :)
I was recommended this. 35 year old and with sore lumbar and right shoulder. Rarely stretched my whole life. Barely exercised. Smoked for 20 years (quit almost a month ago) and I feel better already from one session. Going to do this everyday. This routine shouldn't make my heart race and make me feel out of breath. Once I get to the point I don't feel that way anymore ill move on to something more intensive.
Green - I found this about a week ago and now I'm getting up early to do this routine. I just feel better after doing it!
I've been listing consistently lifting weights for about 1.5 years now and I've definitely began to notice how stiff and in pain I am afterwards. This is definitely helping. Thank you!

Im revisiting this video after 2 years First, you have no idea how many people you helped through the pandemic, and personally i want to say thank you, you gave the opportunity to a lot of people to gain mentak health and physical health And second, i never considered how important movement and flexibility is for our general health, so this stretches and movements should be part of a regular workout routine

I can do almost all stretches with the same intensity as the instructor. I've started discovering my yoga journey from March 2020 and boy O boy, so far it's been really good. Thanks for this lovely routine, will definitely practice it daily to get some nice deeper stretches.
I needed a concise stretch routine and this is exactly it I'm so excited to do this every day. I'm tired of back and hip pain
Awesome, thanks !
This video has come at just the right time as I needed something to start my day other than rushing to the gym to do a class. With schools in the UK shutting down and parents having to home school my aim is to incorporate this routine into our morning schedule ahead of the school work. This along with some breathing exercises I hope will channel the positivity in our house at this trying time. Thanks for sharing. Green - as I look into the fields outside.
Teal! I did this after a 2 probably going on 3 month break from my usual gym/ fitness routinee. After the last 2 weeks of absolutely nothing I could feel my body screaming at me to move!! You're right about the cascade. I'm currently trying to push through a slump, usually a short and simple 15 min stretch gets me back and rededicated to a routine. Now I'm here about to sign up for an online class after all that time! SO, mission accomplished :) It's a no brainer too cause I immediately feel soooo much better (so much so I was compelled to write this incredibly long comment. If you're reading this comtemplating, just do it, even if its the first, middle or last 5 min). IM SO READY.
Love this routine.... I'll be adding most of these to my daily stretching. Thank you!!
Llevo dos años haciendo esto todas la mañanas. Gracias 🙏🏼
So easy to do this quick routine everyday, especially on the days I'm not feeling very motivated. I've stayed committed and I've been seeing and feeling the results with Josh's workouts. My body is changing and sometimes it feels weird and sometimes it hurts. But, I just keep pushing through it and keep getting better. Recently, my stride has greatly improved. The back of my knee stopped popping and my ankle actually flexes and I can roll over the foot. Thank you!

I've been practicing a daily stretching routine for 40 some years now (on and off, because...life!) that I created for myself when just an adolescent. Very simple, hitting all the joints, 15-20 min, very basic. I did, and continue to do it enough overall, to have a positive affect. I cannot tell you how it has saved my muscles and joints through the years. Flexibility, strength, and balance are what we all need to keep as we get older, and stretching is such an important component in that practice. My favorite color is dark purple 💜

Ever since man, woman, have been on the planet, we and all animals have had to rid our bodies of excrement. Until we started sitting on a toilet we had to squat. So why did we give up maybe the most important physical body movement? Good on you for bringing it back to popularity. When I squat I try to bring each arm to vertical, it also stretches the shoulders, and the balance is great. Be well all.
