Sadat fitness... I totally agree 100%! I use to work out and was never very flexible. I stretch everyday but not sure I’m doing the right stretch routine for my body. I look very young, but am approaching 40 and starting to feel tightness in my hips, and inner thighs. Very uncomfortable. I also sit all day for work. I feel like I’m starting over every morning as my lower body is always sore and tight. So happy I came across this channel.

I'm 60. Was a dance student for many years and I have to tell you stretching out daily with some light weight bearing exercises and walking several times a week is a good sustainable way to feel fit and prevent injuries when you're older. I still do my ballet stretches, and having flexibility is one of the best things to maintain as you age.

To everyone who is struggling to do these, trust me people that by doing these flexibility stretches' on daily basis you will see growth easily in a month. Your muscles day by day will start getting relaxed & flexible. So don't give up on day 1 if you weren't able to do it. My first time doing this video and I am shocked I was able to do these stretches with ease and comfort. I thought I haven’t been making any progress with my flexibility and have been very frustrated with myself for weeks. This video made me realize that my months of stretching and all my efforts have paid off. I should be easier on myself and be grateful at how far I’ve come. Context: I do yoga and Pilates 3-4 times a week, as well as some dancing. I am currently trying to be as flexible as I used to be and get my front and side splits again. It has been a few months and still not where I used to be, but I will keep trying!

If I get this benefit in 10 minutes.....imagine what the program may do? I appreciate the offer for the free daily flow. It will allow me time to get used to exercising again and taste the results of the program you have to offer. But, I already know it is going to be great and I will be signing up. Thank you so much. I'm a dancer so I'm pretty flexible but my hamstrings and quads don't match the rest. I've been searching for mobility routines so I tried this one. I took a break in between the first two sets to compare and it was crazy how much looser the right side of my lower body was already. Love it.

I am currently working on my middle split, trying to stretch my legs in different ways and your video popped up out of nowhere so I decided to give it a try. The stretches were amazing and felt great. When you said whether or not the shoulders touch the wall depends on the level of flexibility, I didn't expect my myself to do it but I did! That was a happy surprise so I decided to binge-practice all your routines. Thanks a lot for sharing it.
