In perfect world, everything I want, I would simply be able to receive and enjoy. And things like overthinking, second guessing and procrastinating wouldn’t even be a part of the picture. However, we dont live in a perfect world. And as inconvenient as they can sometimes be, these small riffs in our personal timelines are simply the things that make us human. Even still, it would be nice to be fully present in the good things in our lives. The achievements we make and the bonds we share. So when new opportunities arise or healthy relationships begin to form.. why are these things sometimes accompanies by a wave of doubt leading us back to habits that only push us further away from the things we want in this life? Well, this is what we call.. self sabotage.

Some really helpful tips. It's so true, there's been many times when I've felt the motivation to get things done but it does not last, discipline and focus is what I've been missing. I tend to jump from one thing to the next without getting anything done. As you say, JUST DO IT!

Thank you for these words Syd! I'm realizing how important it is to give yourself credit for being where you're at presently. Self-doubt creeps up but it's true those ideas and opportunities wouldn't be there if we hadn't worked our way toward it.
