3 Section Staff Advanced Spinning Technique - Dragon Swings its Tail

In this video we look at a combination of two spinning techniques for the three section staff, moving simultaneously. This is one of those techniques that is easy to do when you separate the two components, and take the time to really work on them. Eventually, it will become second nature to tie the two together. I still suggest using a foam three section staff on your first attempts to be on the safe side as you cannot do this slowly or stop midway.
***One other important factor to consider before practicing is that different chain types and lengths will have an impact on this technique which may require some modification.

Yes, I will be making a three section staff course for my online weapons program, but it won't release until 2023
