Use these movements to increase mobility and body coordination for Jiu Jitsu. I recommend doing each exercise for at least a minute each and eventually start putting them together to create a nice flow.

I'm 5'8 and weight 145lbs. Tomorrow is my first ever lesson, you think my weight is going to make it harder for me? I go to the gym, but It takes me a lot to gain muscle. I been playing soccer my whole life. What's your opinion about skinny guys

sometimes you opponents want you to be down, to finish you. so it's not like you're always gonna be the ground guy, sometimes its ur opponent lol.
